Highly recommend.
Dean the driver who dropped off and picked up the box was amazing!!!! On time for all occasions. Quick effortless transitions. Loved it. Great idea and love the versatility of what the his does. I would pick this over and over for all future moves! Zero regrets. Well done TaxiBox.

Outstanding customer service…
Outstanding customer service- helpful on the phone with preliminary inquiries, pain-free booking process, phone call to confirm details of delivery address and fabulous tracking link so didn’t have to wait around unnecessarily. The driver who delivered was very friendly and moved the box so it was conveniently located

Taxibox team go above & beyond
Time and again Taxibox team go above and beyond to deliver great service.
Their adaptability, clear comms and good business means that after interaction, you find yourself wondering why all business encounters can’t be service and outcome led.
It’s just sad that service of this level now feels quite unusual. Please keep it up!!

perfectly positioned!
our delivery was earlier than expected, and Benny was so helpful in positioning the taxi box in such a way that it would make it super easy to manoeuvre around due to my short term limited mobility issues.
so happy with all communication from the booking process to delivery day, and would definitely recommend😃

Exceptional in every way
I found everything about (and everyone at) taxibox to be easy, fast and helpful. Customer service was the best, always being able to talk to a real person on the phone plus easy online services too. Pick up and drop off drivers were always friendly and overall it just has a good vibe! We stored for almost a year while we travelled and it was perfect.

First time using TAXIBOX
First time using TAXIBOX, easy to book, manage and track. Benny delivered the box this morning, and he is so friendly, patient and professional. He explained clearly and told me how the TAXIBOX works. He arranged the box in the location where it doesn't affect using the garage. I will use TAXIBOX every time when I need to move and recommend this service to my friends. Great work👍

Super easy process. Less than 24 hours between booking and delivery. Vanessa (booking) was friendly and efficient. Benny (the driver) was friendly, informative and helpful.

Vanessa and Benny were so friendly that I felt like I was at a party instead of a delivery job. We arrived in less than 24 hours which was faster than I usually liked to move before my morning coffee. I was happy to provide the storage while they provided the charm.
