Taps.co.uk Recensioni

Good service, nice product, informed of dispatch etc need a tap use these guys.

very good service

Fast delivery next day of quality taps at a great price.

Very Happy with my Tap. Speed of delivery.Would recommend to anyone.

Bought cheap mixer taps from Ebay. Found out that the length protruding into sink was far to short. Replaced with Newburgh tap. Excellent choice. Easily fitted by an amateur, me.

Very good service the delivery time was excellent and the product was very good quality

we made a small order for a replacement kitchen tap only, but the whole experience was excellent.
easy to view items, easy to order, kept in the loop each step of the way, quick delivery and working perfectly and looking good.
no negatives to report!

I can't review it as Parcelforce still have not delivered it yet,,,,

Taps finally arrived and were as described

All good. Delivered on time. Good product. Very pleased.

I really liked the look of the tap, and the price was excellent. I find it easy to use and am pleased with my purchase.

This is the second time I have used these people, the prices are fair and the service is amazing.Everything comes well packaged.
If I need anything else I know where to come.

Ordered taps on-line and these delivered 2 days after. Good value product and prompt service. Would buy again from this source.

Item was not described enough on web site, so when arrived not suitable, customer enquiries not helpful just kept repeating same programmed speel. returns policy poor, cost £5.95 for delivery then expected to pay cost of return which could have been anything from £9.00 to £20.00.

The Riva 460mm basin and full pedestal set, that i purchased from Taps.co.uk, arrived at my address on time and when it was supposed to which was brilliant. But as soon as a qualified plumber tried to install the basin and fix in a slotted waste he noticed leakage from underneath the basin, my plumber tried installing multiple wastes into the basin all from Taps.co.uk and the leak kept occurring? He then informed me that was because of the way the basins sink hole was cut.
I then called the customer service team, to inform them of the problem and get a refund on the product. They told me to send them pictures of the fault and they would get back to me? It's been 4 days and As of yet i haven't recieved any conformation that they are addressing my problem, So because of this i am not happy with the overall customer service.

Excellent prompt efficient service I would highly commend

Looks good and quality also good however, there is always a trickle of water after turning off the tap.

Great quality at a great price and delivered the next day.

full of empty promises with better bathrooms not delivered when said then prices changed when finally delivered not complete promise to send next day didnt arrive totally useless staff at there office would be more suited to sweeping streets but probably would get that wrong a bunch of monkeys could do better if you are reading this and are thinking of using them DONT

The team at Taps.co.uk,go out of there way to make sure you have got the
right item for your needs. You can always get an answer if you have
problems. The team get 10 out of 10 for service from me.
Thank You,Best Regards
Janet Brackenbury.
