Unbelievable experience. Previously, my order was missing poppadums, and when I reached out, the staff seemed indifferent.This time, the tandoori chicken was extremely dry and lacked any taste. It didn't seem to have been cooked in a Tandoor at all and felt more like cold, red-colored chicken. The keema naan was so scarce in lamb that we had to open it to figure out if it was plain or keema. It had mere specks of lamb! Furthermore, the mint sauce was watered down.It was a disappointing meal, with much ending up in the trash. When I requested a credit, they offered a discount on a future order, but I won't be ordering again. I was also told it was my error for ordering online and to liaise with Foodhub. Interestingly, there's no email record, no order history on my account, and Foodhub, located in Jersey, is unresponsive.Avoid at all costs.

We, the family, love it here. We use it for birthdays throughout the year & have been visiting Tamarind Bay for a couple of years now.
The food has always been excellent, so tasty, hot & absolutely delicious.
The service is efficient & friendly, & they even offered to get my wine of choice in (they don’t sell Shiraz) I mean you how nice is that!
The atmosphere is always buzzing, went last night expecting a quiet Tuesday, but only a few empty tables & there was such a good vibe.
We can’t fault the restaurant, we always enjoy our evening there, & say a Big “Thank You” to the staff for looking after us so well.
We will be back soon 😍😃

Absolutely inedible. Called to complain, given spurious excuses, was promised a resolution, their resolution was to not call me back. Vile food, please don't waste your money.

Apalling. Last order they forgot the poppadums. Called and no one was interested.

This time the tandoori chicken was bone dry and utterly flavourless. It had not seen the inside of a Tandoor. It was red dyed , dry, cold chicken. The Keem naan had so little lamb in it we had to slice it open to ascertain which was the plain and which was the keema naan. It literally had "freckles" of lamb in it. Homeopathic! And to top it off the mint sauce was like water.

Just aweful and most went in the bin. I called for a credit and was told I'd get money off the next order, which I'll never make. Was then told it's my fault I ordered online and to take it up with food hub - and funnily - I have no email records, my account shows no order history, and foodhub are based in Jersey and avoid all contact.

DO NOT USE.

We purchased the worse take away meal ever from yourselves tonight..
1). It was cold
2). Tasteless
3). What you say was a chicken and lamb curry tasted like a Chicken and mince meat
curry
4). Customer Service was non existent
5). Who ever served us knew very little English and was speaking to others in the restaurant
in his mother tounge
6). The Nan bread we could have stretched from one end of our kitchen to the other it was
that bad
This message has been up loaded to Trust Pilot, Facebook, trip advisor and any other social media site I can think of.

When we rang to complain the person was quite rude and then pretended not to understand English

and to top it all we had to pay £25 for crap of which 50% of it ended up in the bin

If we never visit your takeaway again it will be too soon

I forgot to mention to them that we did not receive the 15% off for a takeaway
