We were struggling to find paving stones and patio stones and Talasey very promptly sent a sample. We then had a very productive conversation with Frankee and got really good advice. She then arranged the delivery of the materials via a local supplier, who to say the least was very disorganised, but Frankee helped to smooth the whole process. Customer service is exceptional and the materials are just what we wanted.

Spent £7 k on piranha terrafuzion decking on my property, taping the wood underneath for longevity.
This product is terrible as scratches so easily, my dogs weigh 9 kg and them just going up and down stairs shows scratches. It split it a couple of places in middle of board which had to glue down.
I was over a year writing complaints to company with no joy at all, in fact they suggested that I get a rug to cover one part that scratched! They offered one board replacement themselves!
Avoid this product and if you can stretch the budget I would go for Millboard which I had previously for over five years at old house, there is no comparison.
I researched and reviews looked good that’s because you can’t leave a review on their website!
Their advertising shows a dog sitting on the decking so presumed it was dog friendly but it really is not.

I telephoned Talasey and spoke with a lady called Aimee.Aimee answered all my questions with regard to me ordering Harvest Sandstone paving,She demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the paving,slurry and jointing compound.Payment was made via Scunthorpe builders merchants Huws Gray (Cheers Gary).Logistics was a bit tricky getting 7 crates of 900 x 600 harvest Sandstone ,a pallet of slurry and jointing compound.Aimee aranged it all for me.Spavins Transport delivered it great.Tom delivered it all and dropped it right next to the site.Just Telephone Talasey .Ask for Aimee.

I work for a builders merchants , had to order some shadow gap cladding for a client , I haven't delt with talasey much in the past , so I was a bit clueless, but a lady by the name of Emily from sales was amazing . I had an issue with an order where by products has not been ordered to complete the decking system installation. I called the helpline where I was helped with Samantha who empathised with my situation and wanted to do everything she could to ensure the customer was sorted ASAP. She arranged the missing parts to be delivered the next day and called up to check we had received them following the time window we had been given. I felt like Samantha really cared about us as a customers and also our customer too. She is a real asset to the business

I work for Jewson, I was in need of 5 packs of your Ivory premiastone Sandstone. Originally you only had 4 packs in stock as your live stock system was indicating. Emily managed to locate another pack from another depot to save the day. Emily was really efficient. Phoning me back when she said she would, Doing everything she said she would. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Emily as she made my life/job super easy. Thank you Emily :)

My tale is of two halves: I bought nearly £4k worth of Talasey porcelain patio tiles; they are beautiful. I wanted to seal them; and wanting to ensure the right product was used on my Talasey tiles I spent at least 2-full days, over 100 miles of driving and visited and phoned (and inconvenienced) a good dozen Builders Merchants, some of which were names given to me by Talasey. No one had the Talasey Invisible Sealer and no one wanted to order two 5L canisters for me.So far then a 2-star rating. HOWEVER Here's the huge positive and why I gave I give a 5-star: When I contacted Talasey, I spoke to 3 staff members all incredible helpful, full of advice, reassurance, all with much more than can-do attitudes. I don't think I have ever come across a company with such a proactive customer service ethos. 24h later I have two canisters of the magic liquid. I think some work how their distribution network interacts is needed, but I can't rate their porcelain products and after sales service highly enough.

I had a fundamental installation question which I emailed to the customer services email address. I then followed this up with two phone calls to the customer services. The second call I was effectively told that they were busy and I'd be called when it was my turn. I am still waiting over two weeks later for either a phone call or an email response. Pathetic customer services.

I had an issue with the longevity of some tuff-pave jointing compound, which Talasey responded to and resolved with 2No replacement tubs, within a few days.
excellent service all round IMO!

We had an issue with gates that we had received for our new fencing. We informed Talasey who asked for a few photos and once they received them, they had no issues on sending us replacement ones which will arrive in 2 days. The customer service was extremely good and efficient and Ian kept us informed at all times.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!! Another year goes by and more decking boards are cracking. I purchased the Piranha Hunter Anthrasite composite decking boards 2 years ago and more are cracking in the sun. The boards were installed by professionals to spec and have no load bearing at all so just open to the elements in a garden.
Having installed hundreds of these boards I now need to replace the defective boards at cost each year as these jokers are pleading ignorance and won’t take responsibility for their defects. Total garbage!
