Great service as usual from Tackle Box, I've used them for probably 15 years, if they haven't got what you want they will call you to let you know when it will be in stock or offer an alternative.
Always prompt service, usual get your order within the same week.

Fast delivery and no hassle to deal with.

Called them regarding reel repair. Knew what problem was. Said 50p for the part. Posted to them Monday and got it back repaired Friday. Only charged £5 labour. Fast efficient reasonable cost and honest evaluation beforehand.

I have bought from The Tackle Box before and am very impressed with their customer service and products especially their SAH branded rods which come with a genuine lifetime guarantee.

Being the owner of two 8ft Darent Valley Specialist Quiver rods I decided to order the 10ft version and a couple of bits. The rod and bits arrived safe and well packed. I've not used the 10ft rod yet but like the 8 ft ones it looks well made and up to the job.

I paid for standard delivery. The only downside was with their courier FedEx who sent me a delivery text effectively covering morning and an email stating up to 6 pm and then didn't turn up.
I notified The Tackle Box who filed a complaint and apologised even though it wasn't their fault.
I subsequently received another delivery date and received another text effectively covering morning and an email saying up to 6pm. The item arrived at 4:18pm.

Previous orders have all been delivered on time. I don't know what happened this time and hope it was a one off. However it will not put me off buying from The Tackle Box in the future.

Item was exactly as described and arrived well packaged in delivery time frame.

Ordered online, received the goods a few days later, great service as always from The Tackle Box. Merry Christmas and a Happy Nee Year to all staff.

I needed an eye for a Shimano rod. I tried the manufacturer, Shimano uk, Shimano stockists and several uk tackle shops non of which could help but were very good at passing me on to someone else.

A big shout out to Caroline, a slight issue with delivery (couriers fault) but refunded the delivery cost. Excellent customer service and excellent Darent Valley rods, I'm definitely coming back, absolutely well happy !!!

Surched the web for the item i wanted, no shops had the size that i needed, but The Tackle Box did.
Very fast service, ordered Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning.

The tackle box has built me a Harrison custom 13ft spod rod, the communication was great from start to finish, built exactly how I wanted it and the finish is stunning. Highly recommend their rod building service, I’ve had custom rods built by others over the years but you won’t find anywhere better than the Tackle box for service, knowledge and quality of build.

Great communication and a discount as my purchase was an ex display model with minor scuffs that are barely noticeable. Delivery arrived well packaged and was very fast .im sat in the chair by a lake as I write this review and the chair is very comfortable and high backed enough to support the head when seated , its also very light for its size and comfort at 5.9kg and it looks great too in solar’s camo
