I ordered a small decorative piece along with a floor lamp for my living room. Both arrived safely and looked exactly as expected. The lamp in particular changed the atmosphere of the room more than I thought it would. It adds warmth without drawing too much attention to itself.

The packaging was neat and protective. It gave a good first impression before I even tried the product.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars !
The wreaths are an embarrassment! I will not hang it on my door! The photograph on the website looks like a beautiful wreath, what I got is flat and extremely disappointing - especially for the exorbitant price I paid. Looking back at the website, there’s NO WAY what I got is what was pictured.
Be assured that I will let everyone I know to BOYCOTT this company.
This was supposedly shipped on May 1 and I just got it today May 19!!!
I emailed customer service several times and never got an answer until I used vile language.🤬
I will never order from a company again until I read the reviews !!!

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with.
I ordered a Energy Efficient Wall Décor $147.95 back in February. First i received a very small parcel Artificial Vine String Lights, Battery Powered Warm White Leaf Garland Lights that weighed 0.05kg which was not what i ordered. After emailing them numerous times and sending not only photos of the small package but confirmation from Australia Post advising what delivered they said they would resend. Well they sent the same small parcel again. I have been in constant contact via email sending photos and confirmation of what they had sent both times. They refuse to refund my money and keep advising i can get discount of % of next sale.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TAAVITA IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

Horrendous and disappointing experience - Taavita don't even deserve 1 star. Please do not use this poor example of a 'home furnishing' company. I spent $180 on a wall hook rack and what arrived can only be described as something Temu wouldn't even be proud of and worse still, not even the product I ordered. In order for me to receive the correct product, I had to pay to return the pathetic excuse of a wall hook rack to China (China...what a surprise....) and there were no guarantees the product was in stock. This business exists knowingly to sell crap quality products to people and to deliberately mislead them about the quality. Worst still, they know most people won't have the time, patience or tolerance to arrange to return their faulty products to China. The cost to return their product costs more than the product is worth.

Paid $150 for a wall piece received something that isn’t worth $2

Absolutely the worse service I've ever received from an online order, EVER. Do not buy from them. I purchased a 24 piece cutlery set. 4 weeks later I received 8 individual pieces of cutlery. Over 2 months later I've still not received what I ordered and they claim it's been delivered. Their customer service advises I should "check it's not been hidden or misplaced somewhere around the delivery location". What a joke.

Scam. Ordered a 24 piece cutlery set. They only sent me 4. When I emailed they said they would send the rest which I would follow up with and they would say it’s been delivered and give me a dodgy tracking code. They did this 3 times. Nothing ever arrived.

SCAM, dont buy anything its all a scam. They have stollen pictures from somewhere and after months of shipping send you crap that is broken and not what you ordered. They refuse to refund. Its all crappy knock offs from China that are UNSAFE! Do not install in your home unless you want it to burn down.

The products I ordered were not what I received! They then tried to charge me to return them and a 10% restocking fee. Absolute horrendous! I wish I had read the reviews from this company before I purchased it. Disgusting customer service! False advertising! Company is a complete SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered a gold abstract sculpture costing me AUD$79.95 plus AUD$2.80 for an international transaction.
The product I received was nothing like the advertised one. I will be throwing in the garbage because thats where it belongs.

I made the stupid mistake of checking the reviews after purchasing from this website! The website looked good so I thought they were legit. My order took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did I already knew it was going to be a disaster because of the packaging. They clearly drop ship and don’t care what you’re getting as long as they’re getting paid so DO NOT waste your money and purchase anything from this website. I purchased a medium merino wool blanket for $139.95 and I got an ugly synthetic piece of crap instead. The colour was totally off and the material looks and feels like it’s about to fall apart.
When I emailed customer service and told them I wasn’t satisfied with the product they offered to give me a full refund once ‘their warehouse’ in China receives the return. Shipping to China is at my own expense of course.
The other option they gave me was to keep the item and they will ‘refund’ me 10% of the item meaning I get back $14 AUD. What a joke! I wouldn’t even pay $2 for it.
Taavita I’m so disappointed in your false advertising. You clearly don’t care what you are selling as long as you are making a lot of profit from it.

Ordered a clothing rack. They sent an email saying they were cancelling my order. I emailed them to query this, then they sent an email confirming that they'll send it once it's in stock. I received 5 more email updates on the progress of my order. After 2 months, I emailed them to ask where it is, only for Taavita to inform me that they cancelled my order 2 months ago.

We ordered two titanium cutting boards. These are 304 stainless steel and not as advertised as Titanium. Awaiting refund of order.

Completely shit from customer service to product quality. I spent $50 on a lamp that looks like it should have cost me 80 cents. Go get a refund they say to send it back to china which will cost ME $40. Utterly garbage.

Another in a long line of customers who have been ripped off. Don’t throw your money away to this highly suspicious “business”. Better to donate to a charity.

Received the water fountain. Absolutely rubbish. Plastic, tacky and sharp edges. It was damaged, scratched and the pebbles were a choking hazard with no warning.
They would not issue a refund or let me send it back. They sent out another one after I asked for a refund. I do not want another one. I wouldnt give this to anyone. I am so sick of these companies that don't practice basic consumer laws. Very unhappy.

100% MEDICAL GRADE Titanium chopping boards? No. The boards I received had 'SUS 304' engraved on them, which means stainless steel—not titanium. This is clear false advertising, and despite raising the issue multiple times, they refused to take full responsibility. After some back-and-forth over email, they only offered a 50% refund, which I accepted, though I believe a full refund would have been the fair outcome since the product was not as advertised.

I was also given the option to return the product to China (at my own cost) for a full refund. However, after obtaining a shipping quote, I found that it would cost $60.90 AUD, which is not reasonable given that the issue was due to inaccurate advertising, not a change of mind.

Despite my repeated requests, the product listing has not been updated to reflect the correct material, meaning other customers may still be misled. It appears they rely on buyers not noticing the difference, which is concerning.

They also stated, 'We have policies in place to ensure the integrity of our brand and the quality of our products,' yet they have not corrected the inaccurate listing, which contradicts this claim.

The only positive aspect of my experience was their responsiveness—they replied quickly to my messages. However, responsiveness does not make up for misleading product descriptions and a lack of accountability. If you’re considering purchasing from them, be cautious and verify product details carefully!

Bought led table lamp set of birds for my daughter....she received it ended up a plastic frame. Have written to them numerous times but they say to post to China for full refund .who knows ...count my losses but I will bag them every chance I get. Mongrel quick grabbing money bastardd

Please do not use this company. They falsely advertise their products and make it difficult to return items. The product I received was not as described on the website and was much smaller than expected. Additionally, the delivery took longer than stated due to delays at the factory. To make matters worse, they then tried to charge me for returning the item.
