Lucy in service was very helpful and talked me through and kept me updated with everything that was going on with my car.

Booked my mini in for a service. Greeted at the garage and offered coffee. Service and options explained clearly. Staff very courteous. All very efficient.

Always helpful, friendly all work completed, never had any problems. Car has been serviced by mini the last 5 years. All recalls done and new egr cooler last year.

I have dealt with many dealerships recently to look to purchasing a automatic JCW and most of the dealerships could learn a thing or two from Mini Tamworth especially Richard Neal, very friendly, Professional & answered any questions I had, nothing was too much trouble, a credit to the team. There was no pressure at all to buy, just left me to look at the car in my own time. All cars on forecourt were is excellent condition- absolutely brilliant- I collected my car on Saturday & I love it!! Thank you so much ! Friendly and efficient service, punctual staff and clean surroundings, all good. As "older" MINI enjoyers, we (my wife and I) we are sometimes a little in awe and lacking understanding of the tech content in modern cars. The centre staff were very helpful in that respect.
