Poorly run place
Poorly run place. They asked me to come in although the part that needed fitting hadn’t arrived. A month later I’m still waiting for the part. I've now visited twice and still no body shop quote. ‘They’re a different department’, is a poor excuse. The MOT was not complete when I was told I could come to collect the car. I overheard another customer having a similar issue. No management available to deal with the issue on Saturday morning despite being open for business. They still haven’t dealt with the issue over email. You get free coffee though

Disappointed with process
Disappointed with process - purchased a 2 year old BMW 3 series from Sytner Solihull and felt rushed to complete sale by end of month. Advised collection of car must be Friday 31st and could not be delayed to following day. Attended at 5.30pm to be handed a car with cracked windscreen and low tread tyres. When reported manager was unpleasant, rude and unhelpful. Do not purchase at end of month as customer experience is not a concern.

Tom was excellent. Knew his job and answered all of my questions. As I said to Tom my experience with Solihull in the past has not been good and I actually travelled to syrner Tamworth for my last 3 car purchases.
Hopefully all back on track and I won’t have to go to Tamworth
