My car had a recall. Lilly was extremely professional, courteous and efficient throughout the booking and checking in of the vehicle. Lilly also kept me updated on the progress of the work. The video check on the car is a useful feature and was highly informative. The work was carried out within the time frame set. I have always found the staff in the Service section at the BMW Shrewsbury dealership to be professional and helpful. I therefore, highly recommended it.

Had my car in for a recall yesterday. Once again, I cannot fault Sytner BMW at Shrewsbury. Lilly ensured that the booking in system was easy and quick. Efficient, professional and friendly service from Lilly at the check-in. The work carried out on my vehicle was done on time, including a video health check on the car which was extremely informative. The car had been cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend this dealership and I will continue to return.

Recently bought an X5 from Sytner BMW , Shrewsbury. The sale man Ollie Ward, explained every last detail of everything we asked about the car, finance etc. Ollie, was more than attentive/ knowledgeable and informative.
