World class service
I purchased my bmw through a private seller in august 2026, i had the engine management and the drivetrain come on the dashboard end of September 2026. Through my breakdown cover i was informed that the EGR coolant had a leak which i paid to get fixed.
At the start of October 2026 i had received a letter from BMW saying there was a recall on the EGR coolant. Having paid for this and now getting a letter i was frustrated that i hadn't known about a recall furthermore i was now out of pocket.
I called BMW customer service and explained to them what had happened.
Kalpa at customer service was truly amazing, she understood the situation, assured me that this was going to get looked at. She managed to ring Sytner Oldbury and passed me over to Chris.
I explained to Chris what happened, my car was booked in at oldbury for the recall.
22/10/26 i went into oldbury along with my invoices. I was greeted at reception and was asked to take a seat, a couple minutes later i was asked if i wanted a hot drink☺️
Chris called me over went through my invoices explained to me the next steps, i had requested if my car could be done by 3pm as i had parents evening, chris made a note of this and said he would ask the work shop team.
I was back at sytner oldbury by 3, my car was washed and hoovered ready for me.
Chris was excellent with his service, not once but twice he went the extra mile. His communication, willingness and efforts deserves this 5 star review.
He was friendly, polite and very professional.
The customer service was incredible, i have no doubt that BMW will reimburse me for being out of pocket 😉
I will return back in the new year for an upgrade on my car.

Tamworth and Wolverhampton gave me a terrible service and wanted to change brands completely. I am now keeping it

A big thank you to Reece at Sytner MINI Oldbury
I took my MINI into Sytner Oldbury for a brake fluid service and was looked after by Reece, who was friendly and helpful throughout.
Shortly after leaving in the courtesy car, a low tyre pressure warning appeared. I contacted the dealership and returned, and Reece worked hard to find a solution. Another car wasn’t immediately available, so he checked with the BMW team and explored the options until he managed to arrange a lovely Cooper Convertible for me.
I really appreciated his patience and the effort he put into getting me back on my way. He made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with, and I felt well looked after.
I was also kept informed about my own car, and the final bill came in lower than expected, which was a welcome surprise.
Thank you, Reece. Your helpfulness and personal approach made a real difference to my visit.

Great Service
I had a great experience with BMW Oldbury when taking my two different cars in for a service and the airbag recall a day apart. Chris and Logan were both fantastic throughout the whole process, providing excellent customer service and making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.
They were friendly, professional and helpful, keeping me informed throughout and making the whole experience stress free. The work was carried out to a high standard, and I was very happy with the service I received.
It’s reassuring to know that my car has been well looked after and that the airbag recall has been dealt with properly

Great customer service
Had to take my 2 Series for a re-call, staff were helpful and friendly, especially Imran who kept me updated. Also gave a free diagnostic of works required and valetted the car. Good experience all round.

High level of customer service
Logan was polite and most importantly kept me up to date on the progress, I was seen fairly quickly after arriving, I also needed to go to the parts department to purchase an accessory and Jim was also helpful as always. I have spoken to various employees in the team from different departments and they have always delivered a high standard of customer service.
