Professional & helpful staff. In particular Evian was incredibly likeable and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable with our new car & that we know we can pop in at any time for any help or advice. It made an exciting purchase that much more special.

Very professional service
Very professional service. The salesman Matthew Priestley took great care in sourcing the car I wanted and on collection he went through everything I needed to know. He set up car play, radio stations etc and made sure I was happy with the car. A couple of days later he rang me to ensure I was still satisfied and to reassure me that I could contact Sytners if I had any problems.

Friendly, helpful and informative sales team
Really pleased with my Mini Countryman, found the sales team very friendly , helpful and informative.
The one thing I did find disappointing was albeit my car was an ex demonstrator and only 4 months old i was not treated like a customer with a new car, such as flowers and the car being inside the showroom upon handover which took the edge off the overall experience.

Mini Countryman
Purchased a Mini Countryman for my wife, our sales executive was Rebecca Edward’s and supported by the dealership manager Dan. I would like to say it was the very best customer experience I have received in a car dealership. Nothing was too much trouble, no high pressure selling, the purchase of the car was straight forward without any issues. Highly recommended.
