From the moment you arrive, you can feel the professionalism and attention to detail. The service is excellent, and you genuinely feel that you are getting what you pay for.
The staff are exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience a pleasure. And the refreshments? Simply muah! 👌🏾

I had a great experience at BMW Sytner Leicester. Lisa James was extremely helpful with my brake fluid change and rear discs and pads replacement. She was very informative throughout the process, kept me well informed, and made sure everything was double-checked before I left.
The customer service I received from Lisa was excellent. She was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s great to receive such a high level of service, and I really appreciate her help.

Great service from Rob Hardwick with my purchase of a 9 month old 530e touring. Rob showed us round the car of took us on a test drive which absolutely convinced me this was to be my next car. This is my 6th BMW and 4th 5 Series and this is the best so far. Confirmed my order on a Wednesday and the car was ready for collection on the Saturday, Rob set up the basics as there is so much technology in this car I'm still finding new things after 6 weeks.

I have been to this Sytner Leicester branch for over 8 years now always taking my vehicles there for all works as the branch is professional and work is carried out at high standards.
