My LR was called in for a full day…
My LR was called in for a full day service recall but the first appointment was cancelled as the required parts were not available.
When I arrived for the rearranged appointment a month later there were no available courtesy cars. I then had to call a neighbour to pick me up.
Otherwise everything was ok.

Excellence at Sytner Knutsford
I have always found Sytner Knutsford an excellent dealership and returned to trade-in my Evoque for a newer model. Unfortunately, Craig the outstanding representative I'd dealt with previously, was on holiday.
However, Heather took over and proved to be just as good! She was friendly, patient and professional and navigated a good deal for me.
Both she and Craig are excellent adverts for Sytner at Knutsford!
Everyone I dealt with or met was friendly. And the coffee was good too!

Beth and Matthew were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, kept me well informed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on.

My car had to go in for something and it was unexpected but Alisha was amazing and got me a car sorted so quickly and kept me updated frequently and then I actually got my car back a lot sooner than anticipated and again Alisha went above and beyond for me thanks so much for the great service!
