The service prices are a bit high
The service prices are a bit high, but I’m very happy with their work. Regular garages charge less, but they often use low-quality oil in the engine. For me, the quality of the work is more important than the price. Thank you.

The whole experience was brilliant thanks to the staff! having an older vehicle with warranty work needed I felt really uneasy but the staff really made me welcome! All dealers should take this approach and make customers proud of the product they buy new or old!!

Good all round service and customer experience
Good communication. Very clear at time of booking and accommodated my request for a while you appointment as it was a recall. On arrival staff were great. I was offered a place to work and the job was completed inside the time scale provided so I was on way earlier than expected. Good all round. Impressed with my first visit to Synter LR Huddersfield.

One of the best dealerships of any brand. Extremely helpful, very accommodating, even provided office space to work from whilst waiting for the car. All the team I have dealt with have been brilliant, however, special mention to Holly as my 'Go To' service advisor, always provides an excellent level of service.
