We were going to cancel the order when we were contacted by Nick McGilloway who was brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful, literally saved the day.

Poor automated telephone service.
Service staff very helpful as usual once I got to speak to a human!!! My issue is with your automated call system which has twice failed to produce the promised 45 minute call back. Once it was next day and on the second occassion didn't happen at all. Given the amount of money I have spent on vehicles at Llandrover Glan Conwy I don't think it is unreasonable to be able to speak with a human when I call. This should be when I call as this is obviously at a time which is convenient to me. Any call back, which might or might not happen, could easily be at a time when it is not convenient for me to take it. I assume at that point I might be left a message to call the garage back znd we are then back in the same incovenient loop.

Peter Blear, the Land Rover sales executive, with no pressure, guided us through the vehicle, its performance and a test drive was extremely professional and polite throughout, answering all questions and making the purchase easy for us. Tried to buy a car from this dealer
Tried to buy a car from this dealer, after a few converstions I made an offer and was told someone would get back to me, still waiting 5 days later.
The person I delt with was Tom Kitchen Dunn, as far as I can tell he knows very little about the products he is selling, and is a waste of space.
There are better dealers out there avoid Sytner Conwy.

Great Customer Service, seamless purchase
Callum made the purchase of my RR Sport simple. He patiently explained the process, the finance etc. On the day we collected the car we were kept informed of when we could call in and were made very welcome whilst we went through the paperwork. Love the new car :o)
