Great handover, very informative and clear.

Visited Mini in High Wycombe with an internal cover on mini convertible roof fallen off. Kevin from service came and had a look and explained part was broken (edge tabs). Said he’d have a look at it in workshop. 10mins later part is reattached and looking good. Big shout out to Kevin and service reception lady (really sorry didn’t catch name)

I can't recommend Sytner High Wycombe MINI dealership highly enough! From the very first enquiry through to collecting my new car, the customer service was absolutely outstanding.

A huge thank you to Jaamal and Clayton, who made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I travelled over 4 hours from Cornwall to collect the car, but every detail had already been taken care of. The entire deal was completed virtually, which could have been daunting, but they kept me informed every step of the way with excellent communication and regular updates.

When I arrived for the handover, everything was perfectly prepared and the experience exceeded my expectations. The car was exactly as described, and the handover was professional, friendly, and stress-free.

It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to make the buying experience enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jaamal, Clayton, and the whole team to anyone looking for a MINI.

The worst customer service experience ever i had they all are a liar the car i went to buy have been told nothing wrong with it i did double check with the man i spoke to on the phone if there is something i should be aware of before i come down as it was 3 hours driver each way in total 6 hours and the man who’s name (( Martin Sinclair)) said car is in excellent condition no respray on the car engine is perfect and ready to drive off! When i went there one side of the car was fully repaired and resprayed and the engine bay was licking oil injectors was licking oil i could not believe what i saw there and that man Martin Sinclair was very rude i told him why didn’t you tell me all these when i asked you he said its what its no problem you dont want it goes back to show room some one else will come and take it very rude didn’t even say sorry he really shouldn’t be working there and the worst part was it was BMW main dealership it could have been except from other dealers but not main dealership but at the end of the day thats all you expect from the main dealership if they hire someone like Martin Sinclair work for them!! I do not recommend this particular dealer at all

I was made to feel very welcome by Ashley from the moment we walked into the showroom. There was absolutely no pressure, just clear, concise information from someone who clearly knew her product. Ashley was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping me to find the right Mini for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sytner Mini High Wycombe.

Fab. Sales man Zubin was super helpful with a wealth of knowledge. He explained everything and didn’t pressure/rush me. Smooth handover. PX’d my 19 plate Mini Cooper for a 25 plate mini Countryman.
Would recommend the dealership all round. All staff friendly and professional.

Amazing assistance from Service Manager after oil light flashed on when I was driving home.
Same can't be said for spares who had no oil and sent me to Halfords. Unable to get the oilcap off, back to Service Manager and with the help of technician sorted it all out. Thank you.

I would like to buy a new (to me) Mini. I arranged a test drive with a salesperson, arrived at the appointed time but had to wait 40 minutes before he was ready. He was highly apologetic, friendly and helpful, however. Due to the delay to the test drive, I couldn't hang around to discuss options so he said he would telephone me the following day. Three days later and still waiting ...

I originally purchased the car second hand from Sytner High Wycombe and when time came to sell James Courtney the main buyer was very proactive and efficient and all of our dealings

I just opted to sell my car back to mini rather than selling to my new vendor. Chris Buss contacted me as I was evaluating my options - he was friendly, through, and made sure that we had an agreement that suited all sides. Easy to contact and really responsive. It’s been a pleasure dealing with mini throughout.

Great people to deal with when buying or selling a car. I bought my Mini and then sold it back to the same garage a couple of years later. It was a very pleasant and painless experience throughout.

Not impressed with the customer service at high Wycombe BMW. I booked my mini in via the central booking system, I got a call the day before from Navasha Powell telling to bring the car to the BMW service department, all good so far. I dropped the car off at 8am and heard nothing all day until I chased them up after 3.45pm but they couldn’t tell me anything as Navasha was on the phone, Navasha eventually called me back after 4pm telling me the car was not ready and wouldn’t be ready that evening. I asked why it was gone 4pm and the car wasn’t ready, I booked it in for a one hour investigation. she repeatedly told me appointments are all day. I asked how I was meant to get home from work and she did offer me a taxi, unfortunately a taxi won’t get my daughter from school or take her to school in the morning. I had to make emergency arrangements.
I returned the next day at just before 3pm, initially the response was good from the staff there and the service receptionist took my registration and advised I sit down. I sat down, for 25 minutes with no updates, I then went up to ask what was happening. The service reception lady said she would chase it up. A few minutes later she came out and said Navasha would be right out. A few more minutes later, a lady came out, I assumed it was Navasha, she did not introduce herself. When we established that she wasn’t Navasha I asked for an explanation about why I dropped my car off in the morning and it wasn’t looked at until the afternoon leading to it having to stay there overnight, again I was told these are all day appointments. Doesn’t really explain why I drop it off at 8am and hear nothing till I chase it up, no explanation as to why I dropped it off in the morning and they didn’t look at it until later in the afternoon. Why have drop off times so early if you are not going to look at the car till much later in the day.
Eventually Navasha came out and made up stories that I hadn’t answered the phone the day before the appointment, when I clearly had, as I knew to bring my car to BMW and not mini. Then she told me she had said it was an all day appointment, at no point was I advised it might go to an overnight job. She was quite aggressive in her insistence that she tells all her customers it’s a day appointment and that somehow makes up for me not having my car overnight. How can she remember she tells all her customers the same thing when she can’t even remember who she speaks to? Her customer service skills are somewhat lacking, perhaps a refresher would help?
This is not the first time I have experienced bad customer service at the BMW department, service at the mini department is so much better. You’d think at the prices they charge, they’d make an effort.
