HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY. We had Warranty work done by Sytner BMW Coventry. From the movement we first booked the car in, it was seamless. without fuss, without any hickup's.
The service advisor who handled the whole repair was ALIYA SHAGARI. A credit to the bMW brand. Absolutely Brilliant ! The dealership is ran by JOE O'GLABY and his attention to detail and care of his staff really shows. Thank you Aliya.

It was unusual for me to purchase a car from so far away, Nottingham to Coventry. Even more of a rarity was buying a new car. However, after several calls, emails exchanged and a price agreed, subject to actually seeing and driving the car... off I went.
The test went well, considering my current car was a 13 year old manual mini. How things have changed! The paperwork was professionally handled, despite a few hiccups on my side... and off I drove into the sunset.
Unfortunately, by the time I arrived home, I was concerned about an annoying rattle, one similar to that in my old mini.
Several days and conversations later, a manager that lived in the area agreed to collect my car and do whatever was needed to solve the problem.
He arrived as promised, 7am, I illustrated the noise on a short drive, he drove back to Coventry having left me with his infinitely more expensive and luxurious car as a loan car to be used during the day. I didn't dare!
My mini was returned that evening, as he said, rattle-free, and running even better after it's battery of tests.
The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is because it had to go back to become the car that I thought I had bought.
Customer Service, Sales, Finance, After sales, Service... From my initial enquiry, all helpful, professionally, kind, considerate... above and beyond by everyone involved in the purchase of my, now purring, mini.
Would definitely recommend Sytner Coventry. A special mention to Gary Button, After sales Manager, for not only returning my 'new' car, or daring to leave his for passers-by to gawp at... but for topping up the petrol he'd used in the process. Thanks.

Everything was great except for the booking process , the automated phone system is garbage ( professional version ) , tried calling at least 5 times to try and book in and when I managed to leave a message I got no response ???
Needs improving , this was very frustrating especially to speak to service team !!

It’s very subtle but from reception, thank you for the coffee, and being met by Lara I felt reassured by her professional and informative approach to my visit. I was very impressed by her knowledgeable but friendly attitude. Thank you to the team, including the skills of the engineers who worked on my car.

The technician assigned to look after me, Luke Allsopp, was excellent and did exactly that. As soon as my car arrived, he took effective action, he was very reassuring, he kept me informed throughout and above all he had a polished manner. The car was dealt with quickly, it was washed and ready to be collected as promised. I was so impressed that I have now booked my car for its scheduled service in October 2026 with Sytner Coventry.

My experience was wonderful, I was well looked after, kept update on my vehicle well the repair work was going on.

The paperwork was handled efficiently, the car was meticulously prepped and handed over in pristine condition, and the aftercare has been amazing.

The good points
Efficient service, all items delivered within agreed timeframe and good quality of repair. Excellent complimentary safety video, spec sheet and complimentary wash inside and out were exemplary.

Negatives
The initial contact with the dealership to book the repair pushes you to an online automated web/cloud based experience that feels and is very impersonal. What should be a quick dealership repair booking experience turns into a far longer impersonal contact; far better to speak with a real person at the end of a phone. A combination of real person and Ai internal triage from caller detail/data would be preferable, whilst maintaining dealership targets/SLAs whilst not harming the customer experience or dealership reputation.

I recently visited Sytner Coventry to have a minor defect on my new car assessed. I was genuinely impressed with how responsive and proactive the team were in getting the issue rectified. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, reassuring and clearly committed to putting things right without any hassle.

The service facilities at the dealership are excellent, modern, comfortable and well organised and you’re very well looked after throughout the entire visit. It’s the kind of environment that immediately gives you confidence in the standard of care your vehicle will receive.

Overall, Sytner Coventry handled the situation professionally and efficiently and their customer service made the experience completely stress free. A great dealership that genuinely values its customers.
