I recently had my BMW X7 repaired at Sytner BMW Chigwell, and I want to say a huge thank you to Jackie for looking after everything so brilliantly.
Jackie was professional, friendly, and kept me updated at every step of the process. Nothing was too much trouble — she made sure I was fully informed, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was completed perfectly. It’s rare to find such genuine, attentive customer service these days.
My X7 came back looking as good as new — flawless workmanship. If you’re visiting the service centre here, ask for Jackie. She’s an absolute credit to the team at Sytner Chigwell. Highly recommended!

Booked my car for MOT and service and…
Booked my car for MOT and service and check in was nice and easy. I arranged a waiting appointment and the work was carried out quickly and was sent the video with report which was nice to have. Very efficient service and pleased with being kept upto date with the progress by Kevin.

No response intially but redemption achieved with a good job.
I tried to book a visit to fix an engine warning light via the Whatsapp: sent and received a few messages, sent a picture of the warning light...then radio silence. Ended up having to take it somewhere else who didn't do a proper job so got back in touch - this time, requesting a call back. Got the call back from Amy who arranged a visit in good time; kept me updated with the work, and also helpfully provided a couple of quotes for the different work that might be needed. I was able to take the video diagnostic and the quotes to the other place I had taken the car to for a refund on the work they carried out.

Great service. Jackie handled my repair perfectly, she was great. The Bodyshop team did an amazing job all within one week - so pleased to have my car back so quickly!

The whole process from start to finish…
The whole process from start to finish was very simple. I was especially impressed with Mia’s customer service skills as previously I think that element was lacking and the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or engaging. I only mention this as I have worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years, so it’s a vital element of the whole experience.
