Sytner Mercedes Milton Keynes.

This review is in regard to the B Service & MOT I had requested for my Mercedes CLS at the Mercedes dealership MK.
I would like to say that the end-to-end experience was exceptional. The team delivered a truly seamless service execution, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and operational rigour throughout the entire engagement.
From the moment the vehicle was checked in, the communication was clear, proactive, and customer-centric. The technicians completed all requested work on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Paul my assigned service advisor kept me fully aligned on progress, costs, and next steps.
A particular highlight was the health check video. It was comprehensive, transparent - showcasing each key component of the vehicle, highlighting what was in good condition, and outlining any emerging items to monitor. This level of visibility really drives confidence and reinforces that the dealership operates with integrity and technical excellence.
Overall, I was very pleased with the experience as I’ve been on previous occasions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Mercedes garage to anyone looking for high-quality servicing supported by a trusted, professional team.

On Line Showroom Purchase

After a number of weeks searching for the type of vehicle that I wanted I discovered it at Sytner Milton Keynes. This was the first time I had ever bought a vehicle online so was naturally apprehensive and nervous.

From the moment that I made my initial enquiry and to the conclusion of the purchase I had wonderful service from Alan Bracken. Everything was done in a communicative, dedicated and professional manner. The minor details that surfaced were all ironed out smoothly and swiftly.

I am extremely happy with my vehicle and the attitude and commitment to seeing that I had total custmer satisfaction can only be attributed to Alan Bracken.
