Couldn't have been more helpful today. The Service Manager said no problem to call in with a problem with brake light. When I arrived, the car was taken into the workshop immediately and dealt with before I had finished a cup of tea.

Recently purchased Audi Q3
I recently purchased a brand-new Audi Q3 from the Audi branch in Reading, and I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the team was welcoming and professional, making the process of selecting and purchasing my car smooth and enjoyable.
The Q3 itself is an absolute joy to drive — it combines a comfortable and spacious interior with excellent handling and responsive performance. The attention to detail in the cabin, the infotainment system, and the overall ride quality exceeded my expectations. Every journey, whether short city trips or longer drives, has been comfortable and reassuring.
A special thanks to Giuseppe C, who went above and beyond to guide me through the entire buying process with patience and expertise. Their knowledge of the vehicle, willingness to answer all my questions, and friendly demeanour made me feel confident in my purchase and valued as a customer. Salesperson Haajrah was also incredibly helpful supporting on handover day.
Overall, I highly recommend both the Audi Reading branch and Giuseppe to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. The Audi Q3 is fantastic, and the exceptional service made it all the more rewarding.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Salesman advised us a full service had been carried out which was not the case. Paperwork not provided for multi point inspection checks for Audi approved used and no warranty information given or explained to us. Salesman advised us 2 chips and an imperfection in the seat would be rectified. This was a condition of the sale and has still not been done. They don’t answer any emails and I’ve been to the branch on several occasions as it’s the only way I can get a response. When requesting the MPI check paperwork they said they wouldn’t be able to print it out and would need to get it from the archives. On the 1st service less than 8 months after purchase, I was advised the car needed new breaks and discs all round. When I finally received the MPI report it had an X next to the break and disc check, when I queried this the sales manager said they needed review. He sent a screenshot with some break pad levels which had no reg or mileage info so could have been anyone’s. There was a review date in the box of April 2025 which again I queried saying I wasn’t made aware the breaks needed checking at this point and felt concerned that I had been driving it for 6 months. He said the date didn’t bare any resemblance and was not indicating that the breaks needed checking at this point. They have advised they have no information they can share with me to prove that the breaks and discs were checked prior to purchase. I would never ever buy a vehicle from reading audi again and to be honest Audi uk have been useless at responding to my complaints.

Good Customer Care and adhered to required timings
After I confirmed that I needed the car back earlier than usual - hence why I booked it in for MOT at the earliest time possible - the car was ready by the time requested, with the extra work done. The customer service person allocated to looking after me and my car was helpful, professional and friendly.

First time owning an Audi
The purchase was very easy and everything was sorted before I even visited the showroom. Having never owned an Audi before Matt was very helpful taking the time to show me how everything worked before I left. Audi in Reading
I recently visited the Audi dealership and had a fantastic experience. The service was efficient and quick, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The warmth as soon as you enter the premises
Hi, to who it may concern, I came to Audi in Reading today, for a service and A Health check, and was greeted in the in the fast track area, by a lovely Young lady, didn't quite get her name, unfortunately, but what a credit to Aldi's fantastic lady very knowledgeable, and then I went through to reception and l was met by a lovely lady called Silvia Aguilar, again, very knowledgeable, very happy go lucky lady what a pleasure,she made sure that I was ok all day, and made sure, I didn't want for anything throughout the day,when other customers came in, She treated them exactly the same, and always smiling definitely picked the right person for the job. the experience that I've had in Audi in Reading, was excellent, thank you.
