Efficient check in for a timed MOT. After an hour I was told my car would be next in. After another one and a half hours I realised my car had not moved from the car park....now everyone was at lunch. Finally 3 and half hours after my appointment time the car was ready. This was a straightforward MOT on a car which passed and no work required. Unacceptable with a timed appointment.

Sytner looked after me when VW didn't...
Sytner VW Llandudno looked after me when VW themselves couldn't. I had a few issues with my vehicle which involved a lot of back and forth between VW and myself. The staff at Sytner VW helped me navigate and even physically helped me with alternate vehicles when I had come across a complete roadblock. I can't recommend this company more, they genuinely do look after their customers and go above and beyond.

A Pleasant Purchase
We arrived knowing which Motability vehicle we wanted to look at. The Sales Executive showed this to us, was extremely helpful and professional in his manner. We completed business and finalised the deal over a good cup of coffee! A very good discussion and we collected our new car as promised 5 days later. Pleasing and professional experience.
