Very rare these days you get the level of customer support, professionalism and absolute first clsss service to the level that we received with our recent RS Etron GT purchase - Alyssa Hodson at Audi Leeds was absolutely amazing from initial enquiry all the way through to handover and leaving the dealership with the car, She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable - Having bought many cars over the years she should be the blueprint of how this should be done.

Paul was great at handover
Paul was great at handover, I had never driven an automatic before and was quite nervous. He made me feel at ease and even let me drive round the area for a test drive, to ensure I was confident with the car, before the drive home. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from Miles
Miles handled the sale of my new car and exchange of my old one seamlessly. He was personable, professional and conscientious. He called me up past 5pm which was appreciated since I work normal office hours and ensured I was informed throughout the process. I hope when I am ready for my next car, Miles is around to handle the process.

Dropped car off at 0850 for service
Dropped car off at 0850 for service, asked to pick to pick up by 4pm, staff member confirmed this would work. Arrived to pick up car and was told work hadn't been done. Received video of work that needed completing at 4.34, including illegal tyre. This work then needed to be done. Brought keys out at 5.30 (after waiting 90 minutes beyond pick up time). Confirmed that tyre still needed changing as lease company wouldn't approve. Lease company confirmed that Leeds Audi had not submitted a request / followed incorrect procedure

Excellent customer service
Rebecca who looked after us, was absolutely fantastic. She made everything so simple to navigate and no pressure at all, which ultimately meant I signed on the dotted line, even though I hadn’t looked anywhere else. I knew I was being well looked after.

New Q4 e-tron quattro
The sales rep was very helpful in meeting my requirements around specifications and pricing. He kept me informed throughout the process and when there was a slight delay with the installation of my home charger, whilst frustrating for me he provided some nice gifts to soften the situation.
