Leeds Audi restored my faith in after sales customer service.
I have recently parted company with another Audi dealership after many , many years of dealing with them. Both my husband and I have bought all our new cars from them over 25years and always used their after sales service. In the last few years the after sales has gone down hill rapidly and the service level has been appalling.
I changed to Audi , Leeds in the hope they would be different and restore my faith in the Audi brand.
I haven’t been disappointed.
The greeting upon my first arrival was efficient and slick. 2 dedicated staff at the entrance ready to book customers in.
The staff from dropping off the car to picking it up were all professional, efficient and friendly, especially Shaun in Service and Adrian & Cody in the Body shop.
I was able to get through to the relevant department each time I called without too long a wait which was refreshing change.
I had a slight hiccup when an expected call to me didn’t materialise but apologies were sincerely made and accepted.
I am now going to continue to use Audi, Leeds all the time.
I felt the staff did a fantastic job even though they were under pressure and they should be commended for their hard work.

Good pre and post sale experience.
Bailey was very helpful arranging a test drive, which helpfully included an overnight option that really made me able to check the car was perfect for my needs. He also kindly delivered the car as it was difficult to get to the showroom on the day it was available to be sold.
Bailey also followed up after sale and helped solve and give comfort on a few things that I wasn’t clear about.
Far better pre-sale than Harrogate who I was originally looking to buy from.
Far better after-sale than Huddersfield where my wife bought a Q3 earlier in the year.
Also very good arrangements with Ohme &Fusion Electric who installed the charger get efficiently.

This is getting to be a complete nightmare. I purchased a Q5 and it had to have a towbar. I was sold one and Leeds Audi told me they will fit one but at the time were not aware they were on back order. I still don’t have a towbar after 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leeds Audi dealer are excellent and helpful. I bought a 11 months old Audi Q2 two days ago. Brilliant Oliver and Craig help me because I am deaf. Sort get finance. They are excellent . I am very happy with it. I give a five stars.
