Absolutely amazing experience picking up my new lambo from Lamborghini Leicester (Sytner) they could not have done any more to make the day any more special for me and the family. James, Jon and the team at Lamborghini Leicester have done a super job as always. They’re just fantastic people who can’t do enough to help in a very friendly and understanding manner, giving the very best main experience I’ve ever had from any dealer / service department.

After a long delay without a response to the reporting of the damage, I finally had a call from Adam who told me that the vehicle was damaged when it arrived on the breakdown transport. According to Adam, the transport company who take photos & report damage before & after collection/drop off, “conveniently” couldn’t inspect the vehicle before collection because it was wet. I think it’s likely that between the transport company & Adam, this important document “got lost” as it’s proof that the vehicle wasn’t damaged when it left me. Adam claims he could see the damage on arrival and confirmed the vehicle was still wet so even more strange that the transport company wasn’t able to report or photograph damage. Despite previously having the vehicle in their possession for 2 weeks, they didn’t think to report this damage to me knowing the vehicle had barely been used due to the breakdown on the way home from the service.

I’ve had the best experience with Lamborghini Leicester. Far better than any other dealership I’ve ever bought cars from. They’re always so polite, attentive and welcoming. I would go as far to say that they may be the best in the UK. This goes as far as the sales to service, including Paul, Matin, Vinesh, and Zoe in the service department. Thanks for everything!
