What can I say? This is the third Lamborghini from Birmingham and in particular from Alex Warren. All throughout the process from placing the deposit, selecting the specification and delivery or collection has been nothing other than fantastic. Alex kept me informed almost on a weekly basis on how the car was progressing. I had two cars delivered which was very straightforward, however the last one I collected in the showroom which was a awesome experience.

From paying the deposit to the day of delivery I was made to feel I was an appreciated customer.
Even on the day of delivery Imran stepped up to deliver the car himself to make sure it arrived on time.

Made us feel really welcome as soon as we arrived explained everything we needed to know in great detail so we understood it all and it all went smoothly the sales guys were really helpful and friendly.

Everything was relay with quickly and professionally. Good communication throughout the deal.
