My car was in for its 3rd service & first MOT. I also asked for the car to be looked at as I thought it was much noisier than when I bought it 2 years ago, like a droning noise from the rear.
The service & MOT was done alongside a safety check but nothing was done about the noise from the car, I specifically asked for a mechanic to test drive the car & report hid findings, this never happened.I will now take it to an independent garage to be looked at.Very disappointed with Audi.

Friendly attentive and accommodating…
Friendly attentive and accommodating staff who treated me as a valued customer . Little touches like the coffee and drinks counter with a helpful member of staff there were nice. And a good deal on my trade in and new car. Very happy to arrange test drives of several cars and knowledgable about their products. A particular shout out for Jack Yeardley who looked after me and was very helpful.

I had a great experience purchasing my car with Jonathan. From start to finish, he was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. He communicated clearly through email throughout the whole process, which made everything much smoother and more convenient for me.
Jonathan made the entire purchase experience stress-free and straightforward, always answering my questions promptly and keeping me updated at every stage. The handover experience was excellent as well, everything was well prepared, explained clearly, and handled efficiently.

First class customer service
First class customer service. Made to feel welcome on arrival. Complimentary coffees. Customer team were very friendly. The whole time was very relaxed and easy going. The Audi team were very attentive, and able to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed by their professionalism the whole time I was in the showroom. At the end I was able to leave with a brand new car.

I arrived early but that wasn’t a problem. I was seen straight away. I was kept informed as what was happening to my car. When it was ready for collection I was informed and told it was ready to be picked up.

Not the best for an Audi experience
A few things I think could have been much better as part of booking my car in for an MOT
- Tyres suggested for an MOT repair without reviewing budget
- Car was retuned after 6 days despite only needing to order in 1 tyre
- valuation not completed upon request
- Staff not very friendly on the phone
