I have my Ferrari serviced every year…
I have my Ferrari serviced every year at Graypaul but this year there has been a list of mishaps.
The previous service manager Dean has moved on and the New Team do not seem to control.
Service booked in two months prior to arranged service as usual to be collected/Transportation.
I followed up a week before as no telephone call and left a message.
The service advisor came back via email then to say they cannot collect the Ferrari but I should drive it to work to be collated to my astonishment with those comments.
I had to send a email to the Head of Business and the Senior Sales Manager to arrange the appointment as usual.
The Ferrari was collected as then arranged and the service all done but I felt the experience is lost with Graypaul as the business in not interested in there customers but only profit.
The third service advisor I then kissed with Rachel assists in my service and was helpful and very good.
It feels now like a sour taste left.
I may consider to take my future business elsewhere from now on.

Had an abs and sensor issue with my 520 which was just outside of its warranty period. Got in touch with Matthew Kidd in Sytner and he pulled out all the stops to make sure my issue was sorted. Gold star - thank you Matthew and Sytner.

Overall another very good experience
Overall another very good experience. Issues that stopped me putting 5 stars:-
- requested several months ago for a Levante as a replacement car (as I am looking to purchase as my next car) however got a Ghibli.
- Last minute change to my service date (I recognise things happen i.e. impact of delays with other vehicles)
- I had negotiated a lower than standard price for my service however this was not logged on file which created an awkward moment when I was asked to pay.

I am a TA in an SEMH school, I was lucky enough to be able to arrange a tour of the showroom for 4 of our car mad boys! what an experience! Neil and Michelle were extremely welcoming, they made us all feel relaxed and each boy felt comfortable to be able to ask questions, it was great to show what jobs are available and give them aspirations for their futures. NO ACTUAL REPORT ON THE VISUAL HEALTH OF THE VEHICLE WAS CONVEYED TO ME IN ANY WAY. EVEN IF NOTHING WAS REQUIRED, ITEMS LIKE TYRE TREAD DEPTHS, BRAKE PADS AND DISCS CONDITION ETC SHOULD BE REPORTED AS A DUTY OF CARE. EVERYTHING ELSE OK.

Avoid
Called on the Friday to book my car for a service, was told that due to being short staffed someone would call back. They didn't. I called back, was passed from pillar to post then finally spoke to someone that quoted £5,000 for a service. They said they'd email me a quote, never did. So I went elsewhere, then Sytner emailed me for a review of my experience....and here we are. Shocking.

My first experience of Graypaul with the service of my 812. All the staff I dealt with were personable and efficient. Nazmi in particular was attentive and only too willing to assist me with other issues I had with the car. I shall be sure to use Graypaul in future.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham. You are treated like a family member. I have bought several cars from the dealership over the years and have built strong relationships with Nigel, Johnathon and Anna. The cars speak for themselves but the friendly and excellent service from the staff are second to none and I have bought many different car marques for comparison. The events to which you are invited are also fantastic. I recently had my Pista in for a quick check and had dealings with Nazmi. He was very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

l completed purchase and collected a used Ferrari. The sales person collected me from train station, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and ensured a great experience. Only slight disappointment that the car was subject of a recall which should have been sorted before l collected the car
