Check the battery when buying a used car from these. We purchased a Mercedes three months ago, the battery now needs replacing!!! You are given a three month battery warranty.....however, you would think this would be checked before selling a car to a customer!!!! Unfortunately we called about the issue one day after the three month warranty was up. But my point is SURELY THE BATTERIES SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE SELLING A CAR!!!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Chris and Matt for making my car-buying experience such a good time.
Chris was brilliant from start to finish. He was honest, friendly and really went out of his way to help me. He even missed his lunch break to make sure everything was sorted, which I really appreciated. He was also great at negotiating and made sure I got a deal I was happy with.
Matt was equally helpful and approachable, and it was clear that both of them genuinely cared about giving me a good experience rather than just making a sale.
I’m really happy with the car and the service I received. Chris and Matt are a credit to the dealership, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks again guys!
