Absolute 5 star experience from the team at Bentley Manchester. No pressure, great knowledge and first class customer service, really living the Bentley brand values. Special mention to Pamela who made the whole process seamless, and Joe for all the help he gave.

A massive thank you goes out to both Henry Hughes (Sales Mgr) and Pamela Boyd (Sales Exc) at Bentley Manchester for the most professional unforgettable Sales experience. They went the extra mile in sourcing me a Continental GT that has far exceeded my original specifications. From first walking through the showroom door to driving out in your new car you are treated with friendship, professionalism, courtesy and respect. I also need to mention the receptionists who are soo polite and welcoming and Mr. Joe Reidy, the best bean counter in the north, who made the numbers work. Thank you all once again.

I applied for a role with Sytner, completed their online assessments and have not heard from them since, despite a friendly request for an update. This was a very poor candidate experience and not in keeping with Sytner's espoused values. As an experienced recruiter, I learned early on that my candidates were my clients too...I will not apply for another role, nor purchase a car from Sytner.

Another 5 star experience with McLaren Manchester, Dan Clarke and Jamie went the extra mile to provide a fantastic service keeping me regularly updated and being completely transparent with me at each stage of a long and complicated warranty issue. They were supported in a very professional, open and honest way by Marcus and Dan in the sales team who in turn had the full support of the McLaren customer services team in Woking. It’s not always the initial problem which is an issue it’s the way that problem is dealt with. The whole team involved provided a cohesive, faultless service and went well beyond my expectations and the initial problem to ensure that my car was returned repaired and complete with a comprehensive inspection.

From start to finish a seamless process from picking up on time to delivering back great work with no fuss.

This is my first Bentley and first time using a Bentley service centre.
Works are ongoing , but so far so good.

As soon as I walked in I was looked after and made welcome. Everything was explained from start to finish even about the service that’s due in March and which I did book along side a mot. Service was second to none and the small box of chocolates went down a treat, thanks again

From start to finish the experience was perfect. Pamela the sales person was excellent and Jo the Finance person was also brilliant.
The staff were extremely kind and caring looking after our every need.

Recently had our Continental GT Speed serviced here and I can only say what a positive experience it was. We had considered perhaps going down the Bentley Independent route, but we are so glad we came here, professional and efficient from the outset, I cannot envisage going elsewhere in the future.
A special mention must go to Leigh Taylor, the Bentley Team Manager, whose knowledge and professionalism stood out and to Carolyne on reception, whose care and courtesy came shining through, both are a credit to Sytner and the Bentley brand !
