Rapid response from all concerned at Bentley Birmingham from the first call to Andrew in sales who delivered my car who gave great detailed over the phone advise to try and help to Sarah and Claire in service who were both extremely helpful ( luckily I’m not based in Birmingham as I would try and tempt them into my team )
The only down fall in your whole operation is the subcontractors you use such as the AA and recovery companies who between them must have made at least 30 calls and 6 different arrangements but these pail in to insignificance compared to Enterprise Car Rentals who’s service as per usual ( I’ve had many Porsches ) was inept to say the least and left me with £100s in taxi fares before finally getting a car to me !!!!

Telephone call to make booking was very pleasant and efficient - was kept informed and reminded of booking - car collected at time stated - driver very pleasant -.was kept informed about service and carers turned when stated and agreed and confirmed night before return -.again very friendly driver. Have had follow up telephone call. All in all 110 out of 100.

Excellent service , vehicle collected and delivered at times promised.

After using various services [sales and maintenance] for 9 years, the attention remains peerless.

Went to look and buy a bentley bentyga. On inspection the front tyres looked very low. I've bought enough cars to tell they need replacing. Whilst there the sales manager came out. Just looked at them and said it needs to be checked in the workshop. No hello or acknowledgement! Anyway I agreed to buy the car.. Whilst sorting the paperwork I handed over my driving licence to be told I look like Rylan off the TV! I was very surprised to say the least. Later that day sitting there having a coffee in thought you can stick that car where the sun doesn't shine. It amazes me how these people have jobs! Saying that look at the state of the country and who is running that! Please refund my deposit so I can shut the door and hopefully forget about this.

I was greeted by staff and dealt with in a professional manner across all sections involved.

Having a service done with you always takes long.

The greatest thing about the service i get, is that without me ever having to worry about the service and MOT arrangements. The centre always call and make the arrangement to collect and return my Vehicle without any incident or fuss. fantastic service that's why i have 2 top end cars. I feel i am valued and needed.

John Machin was a joy to deal with once again. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

A very professional experience from start to finish

Sytner Birmingham is not an easy location so I took the car for rectification and stayed to give them time. A lack of a spare part was disappointing but I was given an office in which to work and fed with beverages until could drive back home. As a Company they are straight forward to deal with a down to earth approach.

Same old crew always pleasant and ready to help
