Having dealt with Synexus on the trial for over three years I can say all the staff were professional and very courteous at all times and helpful with any questions I had and would definitely work with them if needed

Great communication
I've been along for several of the preliminary assessments for medical trials and whereas I've never been able to take actual part in any of them due to not meeting the required critera, it's still been valuable to know the results of the blood tests from the samples they've taken during my visits. Knowing that your cholesterol levels are too low for a study (for example) is definitely reassuring.
The communication from the team is excellent and I've always been compensated for my time and travel costs too.

Very nice and understanding
I have been part of a trial for a few months now and it’s been a very positive experience. So much so I have given information to friends regarding other trials because it’s helping others as well, potentially, as ourselves. I quite enjoy visits to the centre and seeing all the people there, all of whom are so nice and very friendly.
