I bought a mask wire from this company as they were offering a good price for the item, however, it did not work so when I tried to contact them to get a replacement, I have had zero response to my calls and e-mails.
The items that they sell might be cheap but that's only good if they work.
Since then I have bought another mask wire from Allstars which works perfectly.
It was only once I had an issue that I looked online at the company reviews and it seems that their lack of communication is endemic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, save yourself the hassle and buy from anyone else.

I had no email confirmation of my order and no reply to my email checking all was well. However - the items arrived extremely promptly and were exactly what I wanted, and at a good price.

I have used sword price fighters a couple of times now. The first purchase I made was excellent quality at an unbelievably low price. It took a while to tun up but this was down to the courier. When the goods turned up they were amazing. Needless to say, this lead to a second purchase from them and it will most definitely not be my last. The goods on my second order were less than a third of the cost of the next cheapest. However, the quality was actually better than the next cheapest option and no less well finished than the most expensive option. I have no idea where they source the goods from or even if they make the goods themselves but they are not the low quality that you would expect to receive based on the low price. I have recommended sword price fighters to all my friends, family and colleagues and will continue to promote them as they are unbeatable on price and equal in quality to the higher priced companies. I am extremely happy with my purchases.

Having ordered goods from this company and paid for through paypal the goods never arrived even after emailing the company. It wasn't until i raised a dispute and then escalated it with Paypal that the goods turned up 2 months after ordering with no explanation or apology.

Shocking Company, Will never use again

We placed an order and despite 2 chasing emails no response. Impossible to telephone them to get any status response. Finally when a PayPal dispute was raised they shipped the wrong items - even notifying us that they were shipping one incorrectly. One item was usable and as it was a gift we put up with it. The other where they informed us that they were shipping the wrong size on purpose was not usable (It was impossible to wear a glove that is too small) I had to spend time packaging up and mailing back - have received a credit through PayPal for the glove but not for postage or trouble - Kit OK - cheaper than the alternatives but probably not worht the additional hassle - won't be buying there again.
