1st Class Customer Service. I made an error when I placed my order on-line so I contacted via telephone and my error was quickly corrected and my Swiss Army Knife was delivered within a couple of days. I’m extremely pleased with my new knife that I bought to replace my old one which I have used every day for the last 30 years !

Ordered a Swiss Army Knife two weeks ago for my dads retirement, other than the confirmation email and dispatch email I've had no communication from this provider, two emails sent and two message left on their website. After reading the other reviews I do strongly suspect something isnt right with this company and I do worry I wont get my order and if I do the engraving is going to be a cheap/tacky add on. How disappointing. I have requested a refund but no reply, please avoid this company!

Update: Had to dispute purchase through my bank, they have looked into this and sent funds back into my account. Do not trust or use this company, it is a scam!

Definitely one to avoid. Clearly the company is cooking reviews. My order went through and they happily took money easily enough. However my knife is two weeks overdue. No response to suspicious web contact form, and no one answering phone. No email address given on website which should have been a red flag for me. Save yourself stress and headaches and do not use them.

Ordered my Swiss army penknife 29/12/20 still waiting no answer to emails. No answer to the phone. but as I am an optimist it might still turn up.

Order took a couple of weeks to deliver but as it was getting engraved, I thought it a reasonable time. The pouch that was ordered has not arrived and there is no communication from them. They don't answer the phone or emails. The 'engraving' is actually printed, not an engraving, and looks cheap. I'm now trying to remove it..

Great product, fast delivery , but had to pay VAT as I live in the EU.

So added 29% ( VAT and admin) to the purchase price - they should at least take off UK VAT for exports.

I placed an order for a personalised penknife with SwissTool as they had a phenomenal price when compared to other stockists. They also offer a range of personalisation formats.

I placed the order and then read the reviews on here. I was concerned and thought about cancelling but decided to wait it out. Order was placed Friday, delivered on Monday.

I am delighted with the finished product, it looks great! It was packaged with care and is a solid penknife.

In my experience, I am really not sure why so many have provided bad reviews but I think that they are a great supplier and I'll be back.

This was my third purchase from this company, ordered a personalised swiss army knife Tinker this time and happy with them, and will buy more stuff from them.

I ordered a knife with personalisation, it arrived faster than I expected seeing as I didn’t pay for next day or expedited delivery. The item itself is wonderful and the personalisation exactly as it looks on their website mock up. Communication was great throughout. I highly recommend this company.

Was unsure about the company given some of these reviews, half expecting it to be a scam. Ordered a personalised Super Tinker on Thursday evening with the cheapest delivery, expecting it to take a while to arrive, but it came Saturday morning with no issues! Tool looks great, personalisation is good. Would recommend!

You will have to seek a refund through your bank after making a purchase.

Have purchased from here for years every time I'm in need of a new SAK for myself or my family. I recently purchased a Compact in white (ultra) and it arrived very quickly. I love the standard and ultra options, as the latter adds a lot of functionality. I only wish the company still offered the beautiful patterned/themed custom scales they used to. I still have my Explorer with the 1689 world map scales. It's a beauty and still going strong!

Received the red ultra and pouch in very good time & well packaged. Good communication from Swisstool. The quality of the product is superb, just what I need for general work.
I would recommend the company to anyone.
