This is my first Rolex purchase for my wife. When I started to read reviews on SwissLuxury.Com, I did have this question: are these reviews real ? They are too good to be true ! Now I would tell you that Darryl is the best ! We had a little trouble at beginning with my wire but Darryl helped to send us the beautiful watch before Christmas. He responded our emails I guess more than 30 times and always very quickly. We are pretty sure what Darryl has done for his customer is definitely beyond the business. My “timeline” with Swiss Luxury

Over two years ago....I purchased my Cartier watch for a a wonderful price far below what I found when my husband and I went into the Cartier Store in Southcoast Plaza. In working with Swiss Luxury the information I asked for, mostly related to purchasing online, was given not only by experienced staff but the actual owner of the entire company Darryl Randall. The watch arrived right on schedule.

Two weeks ago... my watch needed a repair to it's movement. Rather rare but it happens. I was out of warranty for 4 months already. I contacted Darryl and explained the situation. He not only gave me a contact here in Orange County California to take the watch to but he actually extended the warranty for me. I was amazed and delighted with his professionalism and caring.
