I'm Frank, Karen is my wife. I wanted to buy her a Rolex. The stores I went to had limited inventory so I couldn't find one I liked. I decided to go online, but was hesitant. Swiss Luxury had the full range of choices in a new Rolex that I was looking for. When I decided on what I wanted, they answered all of my questions, agreed to ship the watch with a credit card "hold" and when I received the watch I wired them the discounted rate they offer for cash transactions. Watch came with documentation from retailer of origin. All interactions were most pleasant, extremely timely and there were no glitches.
