I bought a 2 Bay Oak Fronted Catslide Garage and a large bespoke Front Porch from Swift Oak which was delivered in November 2023. The Swift Oak team, from those answering the phone to those cutting and delivering the wood, did a great job making the process of purchasing and delivering the wood easy and straightforward. I also visited their premises and had all my questions answered, which really helped.

Swiftoak supplied and built our 2bay carport to my spec, very happy with the whole process. After 7 years I reported a small problem with one of the posts. The response was instant and positive, the team visited and replaced the post within a week. Phenomenal customer service.

Surveyed to install some new oak uprights in one of our old farm buildings we use as sheds and carports, they provided a quote, agreed a start date and then e mailed less than a week before they were supposed to start to say they didn't want to do the work.

3 bay oak frame building - They have been a great company to deal with, very patient regarding my order. The frame arrived as agreed and was very well crafted. They were very helpful throughout, from initial enquiry to delivery and flexible to some of the changes that I requested. Very positive company to deal with in my experience and a lovely product.
