Swell UK LTD Recensioni

The hound needs more food. There are loads of varieties in the supermarkets, but best value is swell pets who I found when we first got hogan 4.5 yrs ago. I wanted Arden grange. Swell pets appeared on a Google search for that food. Since then we have ordered his food from there. He enjoys the food. I know if I orde today, it will be delivered within a couple of days and lots of emails keeping me informed what is going on. A shame that the level of customer service provided could not be matched by some other companies who provide other larger items or services. Recommended without hesitation.

I ordered two large bags of dog food on a Friday evening, so I Knew it would not qualify for the next day delivery and that it would be treated the same as a Monday order and be delivered on the Tuesday which was my day of work.
The order did not arrive until the Wednesday afternoon.
They have always been delivered on time previously, but if the delivery date can not be trusted I will probably have to purchase from elsewhere as it is too big a parcel to expect a neighbour to take in.

Swell pets service I cant fault, however delivery was terrible, driver couldn't find us so just said we were not in, we most definitely were!!. Had to re arrange delivery to another address. Would suggest you use a different company to deliver your products as this has most definitely put me off

Excellent service at a good price, goods always arrive quickly. Have used again and again

Ordered food for our dog and it was delivered free the following day. The website was easy to use. Would recommend Swell Pets to friends and family. It was also one of the ony places that actually had the brand I wanted at a reasonable price. Thank you Swell Pets!

Use Swell Pets for dog food delivery>They are just so efficient!
I ordered food before midday and it was delivered the very next day.
No fuss or hassle
I will now not shop anywhere else for my dogs dinner!

Pet food arrived very quickly, well wrapped and in good condition, thanks

Swell pets are the most cheapest and efficient service i have used in the last 5 years they offer good packages although i would like to see them mixed a bit more for example my 2 dogs like different flavours but when you buy 2 bags on offer they are of the same flavour would like to be able to mix them other than that they are great and i wouldn't use anyone else

I'm a regular customer & always find the prices competitive and delivery is quick.

We hadn't used this particular supplier before but because our normal one had run out of stock we didn't have a lot of choice....but what a great decision. They have been absolutely excellent - easy to use web site, free postage on our order, plenty of information by email to keep us up to date as to how things were progressing and next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Love Swell Pets and the offers they do on Arden Grange

This pet store is great, super priced items and fast delivery will definitely keep coming back again and again thank you

no problems with reporting damaged goods (delivery damage)

I would recomend this firm with no reservations.

Couldn't be happier will use on a regular basis from now on.

The whole process from order to delivery is so good. My dog food is delivered so quickly I never run out.

ordered the goods on Monday evening and they were delivered on
Wednesday very good service.

You Can't fault this product and the speedy delivery.

Would recommend

Purchased 3 pack x 18 punnets of Naturediet. A number of the punnets had leaked inside the boxes resulting in having to wash all 54 punnets. Now I have actually started to use them, the quality is way below any I have purchased over the last 6 years (usually buy online from GW Titmuss, but their website was down). The consistency of the dog food is normally quite hard, like butter or pate. This batch is more like a disgusting yogurt.
