Promised fast delivery, I sent in my order 01/21 and it says it will delivered 02/03. We will see i dont count on it. This is extremely disappointing due to the fact that some of the items i ordered needs to be delivered FAST. Tried to contact them through phone number and that number isnt being used, I just sent them an email asking for a refund due to them not keeping their promise with "fast delivery"

I am originally from Sweden and even tried to find a way to contact them through Swedish website with no luck.

Very, very poor customer service for an extremely delayed package that was then automatically returned to sender because it came so late that I was no longer at the location that the package shipped to. (Their website promises fast shipping - not the case!) Initially I wanted the returned package sent to me again, but I could hardly get ahold of anyone at this company to arrange this. Online they refer to a chatbot as a means of contacting them (it's nonexistent), and their phone number does not work. I had to write in to their email 3x to get an initial reply, and then they didn't write back for 7 days and then 10 days, despite multiple followups by me in between all of that. Today is Nov 20. I placed the initial order on Oct 5, and I'm still without my products or a resolution. There's something very scammy about this whole company.

Ordered 5 x 250g Kalles Kaviar on 5/11

I had to ask Sweets by Svea where my package went, as it was only registered and after 7 days I could see on Track & Trace that it had not left the DHL parcel centre in Arlanda. "Probably never shipped by seller".

On 17/11 a package arrived containing ONLY 3 x 190G Kalles Kaviar which is stated to weigh 0.5KG which is consistent with the weight of 3 tubes.

At 5 x 250g the weight would have been 1.2g

I must admit that I am very disappointed to have to spend so much time and energy on this transaction.
And also to be cheated out of a whole 680g

Your guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
