Really tasty sweets... highly recommend it

NEVER ENTERING THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN! Avoid this shop at all costs! They deceive customers by mixing cheap peas with pistachios, trying to pass them off as the real thing. It’s a blatant scam, and they have no shame in ripping people off. If they’re willing to cheat like this, who knows what other tricks they’re pulling? Save your money and go somewhere honest!

I have excellent past experiences with Sweetlandlondon, be it the delivery service or the quality of the sweets provided. I have given four stars for this time first because they weren’t providing syrup sweets anymore (I have been waiting for one month for them to be available online), and secondly because their Namoura was dry, which never happened before. The delivery was fast and on time, and I hope they will reintroduce the syrup sweets again.

Brilliant service and great sweet treats

Bought as a gift for valentines. It came a little later than advertised, not next working day as advertised. The consistency of the Turkish delights was a little difference than I’m used to (slightly firmer) but I appreciated that there wasn’t too much corn starch. It was also nice to try new flavours. The box is also very sturdy, so as this was bought for a seamstress I imagine it will be emptied quickly to make room for pins and buttons and the like.

Lovely products. We loved Burma and pistachio Mamool.

I have ordered from this company quite a few times both my husband and my daughter-in-law are big fans of baklava and my daughter-in-law is vegan so this is a great place for me to indulge and treat them. This time my son got me to buy some for my daughter-in-law for her Christmas I ordered plenty of time and unfortunately Royal mail let this company down and they did not arrive. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent a replacement box straight to my daughter-in-law in Edinburgh it was there within 24 hours and although she didn’t get them on Christmas Day in London, it was a big treat for her to receive them in Edinburgh and she was less likely to have to share them with everybody in the house the product is excellent and the customer service was exceptional. PS the London order still hasn’t turned up weeks and weeks later!

Wow! This is how service is done. Great delivery , emailed personally to be kept up to date as I had a question and opened 1 box and it tasted amazing! This will not be my last order and it is quality baklava with quality customer service!

Great customer service. Lovely to deal with. Have been gifted the baclava many times . Decided to order for myself. Not eaten as yet but looking forward to doing do.

Can't fault quick customer service as was sent out another box but still disappointed with the dryness yet could taste grease. I thought I would treat myself and really wish I hadn't. I will not buy again and definitely won't be recommending to my baklava loving family and friends I await to hear from customer service regarding second box I'll happily return the lot

Very disappointed with service, my Sweetland London order from June 14, 2024 Order #15209, was not delivered for a especial occasion only provided information on 21st order not met due technical issues, no refund provided despite requested and poor customer service first and last time will be ordering from them.

The order was delivered by a special delivery well packed and labelled. Every item was sealed in a very impressive presentation.The Vanilla Petit Fours Selection, Pistachio Maamoul and the Premium Pistachio Baklava all are well presented, smelled and tasted amazing and you can tell everything was prepared with care and love by very professional skilled staff. Everyone enjoyed and amazed with the quality the freshness and so tasty. Thank you sweetland London management and all the staff for the amazing quality and customer services. And it has been very pleasant experience and highly recommended. Soon will follow with another orders and share a wonderful lovely experience. Nice variety but sometimes the quality is a bit mixed.

OMG.... such tasty treats! As a vegan I doubted that I would ever be able to enjoy what is one of my favourite confections, the nutty, syrupy, pastry deliciousness that is Baklava, due to the normal contents containing milk, butter etc. Having discovered the gem that is Sweetland London and their awesome selection of middle eastern sweets I can now treat myself to. They do of course manufacture the normal range of Baklava and other Mediterranean delights for those not vegan, should you choose. A very guilty pleasure!!
