When I arrived to pick up my dress, the lady who greeted me at the door was the most kindest and lovely woman ever!!! Her customer service skills are a 10/10, also the set that i wore was in perfect condition still having the tags on it, already have recommend to all of my friends. THE BEST!!
I had such a wonderful experience hiring a dress for the races. The owner was incredibly lovely, friendly, and organised from start to finish, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Communication was excellent, everything was prepared perfectly, and the set I hired was absolutely beautiful. You can really tell how much care and effort goes into providing a great experience for customers. I couldn't recommend this business more and will definitely be hiring from them again in the future! X
Sustainably dress hire has amazing communication. I had late notice renting a dress and they accommodated immediately, fast replies and the most friendly staff and owner. I’ve rented from these girls 3 times now and everytime has been swift and easy with no hassles. Definitely recommend hiring their beautiful range of dresses
Amazing service from start to finish, honoured a store credit from years ago, really fast and super helpful with customer service and any questions needed, my dress arrived freshly dry cleaned and steamed- got thr dress on Mondays for a Saturday event it was stunning no faults whatever!
Sustainability was such a perfect dress hire I would 100% recommend every time. The dress was beautiful and the lady was so lovely when I went to pick up the dress! The dress was clean and looked completely brand new. The website is also so easy to navigate! Thank you guys so much xxx

Sustainably dress hire Is a hire company I would recommend to anyone. Affordable, EASY and hundreds of options. My first dress was gorgeous but just didn’t suit me at all, i usually would get super anxious about asking to exchange, but before I had even considered it. They had assured me if was not a problem made me feel so much better, it might seem small but honestly the customer service I received was so good I know I will be hiring from them again if not regularly.

You'll always get the latest designer piece recently seen on TV. Very friendly and supportive Customer Service. Quick solutions in case something went wrong (on my side). Deliveries are early every time. Cannot recommend them enough. Will always hire again.

The dress I hired was in perfect condition and was shipped earlier than expected, giving me plenty of time to consider new options if need be and peace of mind. I’ve hired dresses from sustainably multiple times. The dress always arrives with plenty of time to try on in case it needs to be changed. They make it very easy and stress free. Will always choose them to hire dresses from in the future
