I ordered a dress, It took 20 days to arrive. The dress was very cheap, not at all like the photo. When we contacted them to return it, we got the same run around that other people on trustpilot described. However, I filed a complaint with my Mastercard for deceptive advertising and Mastercard put a hold on the payment. I then contacted Ruth and Kate and told them that Mastercard was going to investigate the charge. Ruth and Kate immediately refunded the purchase price to my Mastercard. I wonder if other people on this chain realize that most credit cards will give you 30 to 60 days to dispute a charge. They will give you an immediate credit and open an investigation on your behalf.

Very cheap and see-thru dress. Return policy requires paying your own shipping cost with a tracking # to China which the USPS said would cost $65. I would not shop here at all.

Dress was too big tried to return it given 3 options send back to exchange $15.00 return fee - keep dress 10%r refund plus 20% discount on another purchase - return and pay $30 to $40 return postage! Don't order from this China based company !

Do not buy from this company. I purchased two outfits they took about a month to arrive. They’re sizing is extremely off. I needed to return them. I had to pay for shipping and it was $100 to ship to China. Stay away from this company.

Do not trust this company. Their products are not worth the money. I ordered a dress and the top material wasn’t long enough to match the photo, it cut my boobs in half and didn’t go down far enough to make the dress look complete. What they also don’t say is you’re returning a product to china and it will cost $50-100 to return the item. Not even worth your time or money. I don’t recommend them.

I should have done my research before I ordered. This is another scamming Chinese company. What I received does not resemble what I ordered. It’s not even worth donating, I will throw it away. Please don’t make the same mistake.

Fabric is so cheap. Sewing horrible. Do not buy. The website looks like 2 moms started the company when in reality it’s a cheap Chinese manufacturer. And shame on me for not researching

This company is not who they say they are. They are using a wholesome US family as a front to only supply extremely cheap clothing from overseas. I recommend NEVER using this company unless you are looking for sizes that don't fit and clothing quality that is horrendous.

This company sells clothing that is not AT ALL what is represented on their website. Their "detailed sizing guide" on the website is not remotely accurate, and they use that to refuse to issue a refund. The fabric is so cheap, with no materials listed in it. My order was advertised as linen, but I suspect it is at least partly plastic based on the feel/texture. At this point they are refusing to issue a refund, though I told them that their sizing guide does not fit and the fabric is not what was represented. My advice is DO NOT buy from this business.

I ordered a dress that was on sell with a no return policy. Shipping was horrible; it took three weeks to receive dress. Most critical is that the dress LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED! I paid $70.00 for a joke! What will I do with a brand new dress that looks like garbage? Ruth & Kate are a joke!

I have received Amazon orders with finer cloth than this. Color isn't as advertised, they say f you. Size doesn't work? Also on you. I guess I'll just donate to someone who can wear lemon-lime instead of sage green and eat the expense.

I literally just threw every piece away. Complete crap clothing, never even wore a single piece. Lesson learned.

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased online. The dress was cheap and not at all like the image I saw. They took forever to respond to my email and offered a 10% refund. Another scam warehouse in another country making garbage clothing. Do not buy from here.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered two items in the same size. One is too small and feels like plastic. The other is too big. Both are cheaply made and not attractive. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Don’t fall for their cute ads. Seems like everything from China is like this.

This is a foreign company. The dress I ordered was made of crepe paper when received. Returns were not free you have to pay $30-$40 shipping and restocking fee. Completely a scam

The items represented on their website do not reflect what I actually received. I ordered a three piece set in which they sent an entirely different pair of pants and the tops were poor copies of what the site used in their photos. It was shipped directly from china as there is no actual storefront in the US as the site represents. There is also no way to leave a direct product review on their site despite the claim of “thousands of satisfied customers”. Spend your money ey elsewhere. This is a scam site

I would give a "0" but that is not an option. Definitely a bait and switch. The dress I ordered looked fantastic in the ad, but what I received in the mail barely resembled what I ordered. It was the wrong color, two non-matching colors of green to be exact, and did not match the dress in the ad at all.
When I contacted Ruth and Kate about the error, I was told I could keep the dress for a 20% immediate refund, or I could start a return and have to pay $40 in shipping fees plus unspecified customs fees, meaning that I would basically not get a refund. The company was very flippant and indifferent to my request.
I will NEVER order from them again.

Bait and switch. Do not buy! I purchased a dress whose photos online looked adorable. I am 5’5” 140 pounds and bought a large. The site leads you to be it’s shipping locally. This came directly from China and in no way resembles the online photos. Buyer beware!

This is a scam site from China.
Do not buy.
They send vastly subpar product that does not look anything like what they advertise and will not honor returns unless you pay shipping and duty back to China. This will usually cost more than the purchased item.
