I've been using surveyon in the past 3 years i think, no issues with their payouts,

Low minimum payout threshold and no transaction fee(can redeem as soon as reaching $1, PayPal). Already cashed out $35 within a month.
Everything was working well until I completed the whole survey but got screenout. cs just answering generic stuff and not able to resolve. That makes it drop one star.
Also don't know why the captcha takes a year for completion as it loops infinitely every time and have to keep on refreshing.

My point suddenly back to 0 and they didnt warning the point will be expired. I lost 10usd and see what cs can help.

After I typed in my Hong Kong phone number your system showed a message about the phone number I typed was wrong number as you can see the system's Error messages 2 photos when you download these 2 photos, open them and look at them = 2 photos are in this message.
The Hong Kong phone number I typed was the same Hong Kong phone number in my account as you can see my account photo in this message which you download this account photo, open account photo and look at account photo.
Why your system is blocking my Hong Kong phone number which this is my account phone number ?
Why your system is 👉 blocking me from using my account phone number 👈 for change my password and for Redeem my money to my PayPal account ?
