Surefit are a excellent team , before Christmas we had kardine flooring fitted , they were very patient with me as I changed my mind a couple time , gave excellent advice, recently had a bed room carpet fitted by them , the one we took up was from them too and served us well for a few years , our order has gone in now for the stairs , so pleased with this company wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you for excellent service

We had a carpet fitted a few years ago but Surefit and they helped us find the same product to order for another room. The team are very professional and friendly, from the Sales team, Customer Services through to fitment the whole experience was fantastic

We were able to choose the colour and type of carpet at home from there mobile van.
There fitters arrived on time of our appointment and assisted with the movement of an heavy mattress. They got on with the job with little fuss, leaving the room tidy and rubbish all bagged up ready for disposal.

I used Surefit Carpets for my lounge and hall carpets. They provided a proffesional service at a good price. I will use them again for my bedroom carpet.

Having used Surefit previously for Karndean LVT flooring, when we were ready for new carpets in 2 recently re-decorated bedrooms we visited their showroom again as our first choice. They had such a great range of products we had no issues finding exactly what we wanted with the help of the knowledgeable staff. The guys in the shop were not at all pushy and offered suggestions based on what we wanted and showed us options covering a range of budgets so we could choose the carpet we wanted with no nasty surprises. Once we had picked the carpet, we booked a visit to measure the space and get a quote. The representative came and we had the quote within 24 hours after which we called to book the work in. The turnaround time was fast and convenient. Likewise, on the day of the fitting, the job was completed swiftly and to the excellent standard I knew it would be based on the previous work we’d had done with Surefit. Our home renovation is ongoing and we will be back again when we’re ready for the next phase of carpets/flooring. At this point we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, Bryan came out with carpet samples and took the measurements for the 3 bedrooms, we were happy with the price and a week later the carpets were fitted.
The 2 carpet fitters were brilliant, they worked cleanly and efficiently, my only shock was they didn’t want a drink or biscuits, they just got on with the job.
So massive thanks to them as well.

Vinyl flooring fitted to bathroom. Came out same day as phone call with samples and fitted within the week .
