They ship incredibly fast
They ship incredibly fast, which is because they order beforehand, so they have a set limit. I kind of wish Limited Run would do this, but LRGs usually sells more popular titles (no offense) on a consistent basis, so I imagine them not doing open preorder would be hellish from the bots (imagine if Scott Pilgrim was just 5000 copies, when LRGs sold 25k in 3 hours time, yikes). Their copies are from the UK, so they are technically a European physical copy (so those of us in the Americas will have an interesting box art, on top of probably a slightly more costly shipping price compared to someone in Europe), but sometimes that's the only way to go for some games you want physically. If you buy their games, you can kind of sell them for a higher value, technically because it's usually so so limited. I haven't had an issue with shipping so I don't have anything to report on that end. I only wish the amount they printed was set to just 5000, instead of fluctuating at times to 4000. I'm not really a reseller type of person, I just don't want a digital library, so I'm fine if games weren't so limited in general.

Great indie games physically on the switch. Love to have some of these great games on cartridges rather than digitally. Orders delivered quickly and packaged great.

Have placed orders from this company three times and all arrived in perfect condition. The games have always been shipped to Canada and shipping has always been very fast; tends to arrive within 1-2 weeks (sometimes less).
The big difference between this company and others (Limited Run, Special Reserve, etc) is that Super Rare Games has their stock in hand already, with a set edition number (they don't take open window pre-orders, and then start production). In other words, they have a store front with the stock ready to go, but once it's gone, it is gone. So keep your eye on the count down clock when you want to pick up something.
Haven't needed to contact their customer service, so I can't comment on that area (which is great). I highly recommend this company.
