Supernotebook's After Sales Service, which is no service at all

We ordered 2 MP4ATX30 computer power supplies which according to SuperNoteBook's website were a direct replacement for the Enhance ENP2120H power supplies. They are not, the ENP2120H is a 100 to 240 volt input psu. The MP4ATX30 is 110 volt only. Totally useless for Australia (UK, Europe etc). I would have thought any professional company would know that. Anyway, we all make mistakes, so I politely Emailed them four times but did not get the courtesy of one reply. 3 months later...still no reply!. What lovely after sales service!.

Power Supply - Product was as it was said to be

I needed a power supply for my customers computer, which is relatively old or older and came across the super notebook site. I bought this power supply as an exact replacement for an HP computer that had on a 200W supply system. There is not ANY wiggle room at all in this PC for upgrades or new items, because it is a factory built PC, so since I saw on the supernotebook site that this power supply was an exact replacement; I was thrilled ; Whooooo ! ANYWAY it only took about 30 min. to replace and clean the computer and all went well and the computer works just fine now. My customer is SOOOOO very happy and they did not have to spend any extra money or go anywhere else. I can say supernotebook.com has all the special stuff you'll ever need !

No complaints yet

Bought for the first time from them. I was in a pinch looking for a Dell Dimension 5150C Power Supply. Great price for the unit and shipping was reasonable too (delivering to Canada). Its in transit right now, but I'm assuming and hoping for no issues.

I'll be buying hard to find power supplies from them again.

Thanks for saving me rear guys.

Great products i think

A friend recommended this website to me and decided to visit it. I purchase to them. In total i can say that they provide quality and affordable product. The shipment is not expensive, it is very light on the pocket.

Friendly telephone service

I had a special application that I needed help with. The customer service agent got me to the right person quickly, and they were able to solve my problem. These guys are very knowledgeable about computer power supplies.
