helpful advice from technical support; equipment has a small footprint; software was installed at factory; multiple connection types are populated on the side of the DIN rail mounted 24vdc fanless 1TB +4TB system with UPS power supply; received the package of parts is safe condition.

From Order to Delivery and Install, everything has been perfect. My only criticism is that SuperLogics does not provide a single disc recovery solution to permit the buyer to restore the hard drive or restore / fix windows conveniently. They give you what you need after the fact if you request it.. Curious. Great box!

I ordered the wrong computer
I ordered the wrong computer, but did not realize it for a few months. I contacted SuperLogics about this and they advised me on what I should order and gave me credit when I returned the wrong computer. I am happy with their equipment and their service.

Good searchability and variety
Good searchability and variety. Also it's great that there are little notes here and there about long production cycles and so on. Always my go to to build a custom server.

Product Quality
We received the product in the time promised. The computers are specific to our manufacturing environment. And the original order from November 2021 have not experienced any issues.

I recommend SuperLogics!
SuperLogics has been a great company to work with. There are so many vendors out there that fail to even provide basic service, so it has been nice to buy from one that responds quickly and does what they say they will do. Liam Fitts has been there from beginning to end.
