I was most impressed with this company when I requested a quotation. Communication has been very good and they provided full information regarding the work to be carried out, answering any queries I had. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly and respectful of our property, cleaning up thoroughly after completing the work. The bath now looks as good as new. I am delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Bathrepair when I had an issue with a blemish on my bath. They were very prompt and responsive with their communication. The work carried out was to a very high standard. He kept the work area very tidy and clean. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants their bath restoration done.

I cannot speak more highly of Ilia. He was incredibly professional, punctual and most importantly did the most immaculate job. My job was quite tricky but Ilia went above and beyond to make sure perfection was achieved.

Very disappointing! Despite Alex doing a very professional and meticulous job of resurfacing our kitchen sink, and following his care instructions to the T, the product doesn’t appear suitable for kitchen sinks. We have been using a plastic mat and a plastic bowl in the sink since the resurfacing but within a couple of months, marks and blemishes appeared, and more since. Both Elene and Alex were very helpful and understanding but the reality is that in our experience this product is not suitable for kitchen sinks.

Brilliant service. Phoned on Monday & Ilia arrived on Wednesday at the appointed time to repair 2 holes in acrylic bath. Service was polite & efficient. The colour match is spot on, making the repair virtually invisible. Would not hesitate in recommending both the company & Ilia.

Ilia attended to mend a chip on my vanity unit sink caused by a glass jar falling out of my bathroom cabinet. He phoned beforehand to let me know when he would arrive and he was extremely polite and courteous. His work was amazing and I really cannot see where the quite considerable chip was. I have no hesitation in recommending Ilia Superior Bath Repair as from my initial enquiry with Elene the customer service has been faultless.

Alex, the technician who resurfaced our bath today, arrived on time, worked continuously for approximately 5 hours (without even taking a tea or coffee break!). He carried out an extremely professional job and the result looks like a brand new bath! Alex took great trouble sealing off everything in the bathroom and cleaning/tidying up afterwards. He also explained about future cleaning and what products would be beneficial, or to be avoided.

A first class repair, my initial call to the company was answered in a professional manner. The technician arrived when they said he would do. He was very well mannered, and assured me that he could repair the crack in my sink . He did he restored my sink to brand new. Very good value for money.

Ilia did a superb job on the large crack and chip in our kitchen sink. The repair is completely invisible. He rang ahead to let us know he was on his way and was both professional and courteous and explained the process and the aftercare. Would thoroughly recommend this company who have been extremely helpful from our first contact to the finished job.

I recommend this service for anyone thinking of undertaking a repair. Received a call to confirm the estimated time of arrival. They were on time. The repair carried out was as described. I was initially in two minds as I was contemplating replacing the sink instead of repairing it as I was not sure if the repair to a recently installed sink would have been obvious. The colour blend is absolutely perfect and the item looks as new.

Incompetent and foolish.

Booked, arrived, went to park. Never came back.

Although it does clarify on the original email that parking cost is to be paid, it didn’t mention the cost of providing their technicians with extra brain cells to figure out the parking conditions of the development. There is a dedicated concierge which can help with parking, of course they didn’t think to consult them. The driver left without saying anything or providing a text. I told them I was working and in a meeting, and that I would not be able to buzz them up, so please press concierge on the buzzer to be let up. Brain cells working overtime to figure this out.

I then cancelled a follow up appointment booked for 7 days later, as I opted to go with another company. They then threatened to try and collect the £60 “cancellation fee”. Bear in mind the cancellation fee does not apply, as I cancelled on the Monday, with the appointment on Friday. More than 48hr notice. Although, it is also key to acknowledge that I did not sign or agree to anything before the work took place. I also did not agree to any terms or conditions at all. I cannot imagine how they would treat someone like an elderly or vulnerable person.

Whist the initial emails and communications were agreeable and understanding, the hostility towards me, blaming me for the issues, despite me clearly detailing my situation, as well as threatening me with debt collectors and a bad credit report, did not stand well at all. I paid to have my bathroom fixed, if there was a incompetency tax added onto this for, the price should have been lowered. I have had Deliveroo drivers handle parking and access issues better.

Ultimately, I have resolved the issue with a competitor, at a more competitive price, without ANY of the hassle aforementioned here.

The whole process was very easy. Booked on Monday and technician came on Wednesday. They were very professional and the finish was amazing...I cannot even find where the hole in my bath tub used to be. We haven't used it yet as waiting 24 hours before using, but it looks amazing. It took them just over an hour (give or take) to complete the repair. The price was very reasonable and saves me needing to buy a new bath!

No mess was left...I would highly recommend :)

Thank you! Alex did a superb job repairing our bathroom sink - it is over 100 years old, spent a lot of time in a garden(!), then was re enamalled in 2015 by another company, but badly. Alex managed to undo all this and make the sink look brand new, we're so pleased! Also, Elene was super efficient at organising the appointment and everything was incredibly clearly explained.
