Superdry - York Recensioni 

Bought several items online, really fast delivery and the items are great. Unfortunately a jumper was slightly big for me, (I am normally a large in superdry sizes) I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning via post to get the right size. So I went to my local store to exchange, they were very helpful and sorted immediately, no issues and happy to help.

Got what I wanted at a great price. Click and collect was perfect

Manager was very helpful.
They didn't have my size in store so he ordered from the website and had it delivered within a couple of days.

My experience has been with 2 main stores. Both in York.
The town centre and the outlet. Either way, if moneyvwere no object I would definately send more.
Straight from the off the staff have been helpful should you eventually look lost. If you can't find it, ask. They're more than helpful and have connection to eachother so someone else can look while they stay with you. If they don't have it they'll check online and order it if what you're looking for is there.
All in all my experience has been nothing less than brilliant.

Excellent help from friendly & knowledgeable staff. Nothing too much trouble for them.
Will definitely shop there again.

I went in to the York branch for the first time to get warm on a very cold day. I ended up, with the aid of the staff, buying a fine jumper. My size wasn't in store and the staff ordered it in for me. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Saw this top online and couldn’t decide which colour to get. I opted for the pink one which is lovely. I’ve got a size 10, which is just a great fit for me, a nice length, the sleeves just a bit long but that’s ok. The material is very soft, and just the right amount of logos. Love it

Decided not to order online but support the store instead. Couldn't find the item but ladies departmental manager was excellent. Product out of stock though so ended up ordering online anyway!

Had great help in store at York but did not have my size so ordered online from the store and got item delivered to my door all went smoothly.

I like a thin winter coat as I hate being too warm, unless it's on a beach lol. This ticks all the boxes I require waterproof, wind proof, and lovely soft touch interior. Only worn it a couple of times so far and fits well, feels nice and is a good replacement for my old windcheater which I had for 7 years which has been used thoroughly through all conditions.

This is one of the rare occasions when my wife really liked the present I purchased for her

Purchased a t-shirt there was a problem with it so had to be returned. Staff were more than helpful. Top exchanged no quibbles. Now super happy with a great quality top.

Coat was out of stock in store so a very helpful lady ordered on line for me and it arrived promptly at my home address in Bradford excellent service
