Always use superdry staff n material quality of fabric is fantastic

I have just called 3 branches of Superdry, Woking, Kingston and Bracknell. Each interaction (I was trying to get some Coolmax socks put aside for collection this evening) was brilliant. I felt I had to reach out to say what a pleasure each conversation was (and can't find a way to do it online to Superdry HO)...Each person was friendly and more than helpful, going above and beyond with information where they could give it. Please pass on my thanks to those that took a call in the last 15 minutes (around 12.55-1.10pm 11th July 2023) to answer a query about Coolmax Crew multipack socks! At the Kingston branch I spoke to the manager and it was a female voice at Bracknell. I have picked Woking to review (although all three are covered) as the chap I spoke to there gave me as much info as he could for me to be able to reserve the socks when I spoke to the Kingston branch manager who kindly found the stock and put them aside for me. Bracknell couldn't help with finding any socks but the person on the phone was as helpful as she could be and very friendly and apologetic that she couldn't help.

on the first order that i received when i unpacked the
trainers one shoe was a size 8 the other was a size 9
and both were for the right foot. Tried to fill in the
returns form online without success, decided to take
the shoes to the Woking store to see if they could help
and was served by Hayden who could not have been
more helpful, he ordered another pair of trainers for
me which arrived a few days later, excellent service
from Hayden at your Woking store.

The staff member on duty managed our expectations to the letter and provided a great customer experience. Well done team superdry. Bought two of the long du te coat because of her. Thank you

5 items arrived in 3 different parcels. One item was wrong size and another item had clearly been worn and returned by a previous customer. Contacted customer service and am still waiting a response.

Ordered online - collected in store 24 hrs later. Faultless.

Purchased jacket in the sale but it was the wrong size and had to return jacket to the store. I had to pay £25 more for the replacement Jacket. Did speak to the manager at the Woking store, but she said I would have to pay the increase. This seems really unfair as its exactly the same jacket, just one size up.

Parcel never arrived in store when suggested. Went into store and was rudely spoken to by a member of staff with no apology offered. First and last time purchasing from this company.

Efficient. Easy process. Tried ordered items on in the store. Easy return policy.

We order six items online, three of them have defects, I 'm so upset for the quality control.
We have to return it to the store, the staff very helpful, the star is for their service.

The lovely chap (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch his name) in store saw us and popped over - not being instructive or following us around us..he just offered us some help, was patient whilst I tried on a couple of different colour trainers. Then placed my order quickly and super helpfully.
When I went back got to the store to collect, the same chap was there and remembered me (by name) as I walked in (even if order had arrived that morning I know, but still! Nice touch!), then went and got my order pronto! Fab service all round! Thanks so much!
