Quality delivery updates good service

The lady who served. me done everything to help me get the right colours and the right Numbers for me and was so helpful from start to finish and was very helpful and very professional and went out of her way to make sure she had made my day and put a smile on my face

When I went to your store on Stirling

When I went to your store on Stirling, the lady who served me was a credit to your company. Although the store did not have the size I needed, she advised me to try another colour for size. This I did so she ordered me the desired colour on line and it was delivered to my house 2 days later. Great to get a personal service like that.

Best Retail Experience I have had

I am 75 years of age and can positively state that my purchasing experience in the Stirling Superdry store was one, if not the most pleasant retail experience I have ever had. The young lady who served me went out of her way to assist me - way above the usual standard experienced (although she kept telling me that was why she was there). Before I left I had a conversation with the store manager to let him know how impressed I was with the member of staff involved. Five stars doesn't seem enough!

Great customer service

I bought a denim skirt on line in size 8 but it was tiny and size 10 was not available.
I returned the skirt to Stirling store where the staff member could not have been more helpful. She found a 10 on line in a different colour and arranged and exchange. Great service and I love the skirt.
