I’m impressed at the commitment to…

I’m impressed at the commitment to organic cotton and the loyalty of the employees I spoke to. T-shirts were soft and relaxed fit - needed to err on the side of a smaller size (as advised by staff).

I received a different coat than the one I ordered

The winter coat I have received at home is nothing like the one I tried in store and the shopping assistant ensured me she was ordering the same one I was trying on. Now I have to return it and probably won’t find the size I need for the winter coat I was originally going to buy. Very disappointing service and not inclined to order online in the future

We had an amazing experience in Stansted Airport Superdry shop. Roberto from Philippines did a great job of consulting us. He is a very kind and warm person. We wish more good workers like him. SUPER! 💯
